The hotel is built around 2 pools, with reception in the middle. The southern pool has activities 10am to 6pm and can be fairly noisy, then after the stragglers leave for evening meal it goes quiet around 6:30pm and you can have the pool to yourself. The northern pool is relatively quiet during the day with few if any children... more

Asked travel agent for a holiday not too loud nor too quiet. Hotel really busy, but outside of it was really quiet. You had to get up at 7.30 in order to get a sun bed. We asked the rep about this and he said if you see a bed with a towel on and its there for over an... more

Well were to start......... we arrived approx 10pm smooth check in and found the room easily. On checking the room we found 2 light switches dangerous as they had been pushed in to the wall and the wires were exposed, but everything else seemed ok. We had a 2 bedded room with NO air con that over looked the pool... more

We are a family of 4 - two teenage daughters. We stayed at this hotel in July for two weeks on an all inclusive basis. We booked through Sunset/Thomas Cook. We expected 3*+ hotel but received 2key apartments. The hotel is overcrowded, dirty and infested with cockroaches. During our stay we had to change rooms because of broken beds, torn... more

After leaving the airport we were then taken on a terrifying journey by the taxi driver. It was 2 o clock in the morning and the driver was taking corners at what felt like 90 mph, at one point feeling like we were only on two wheels. This made both my partner and myself feel terribly travelsick. We both had... more

Pop, lager, white and red wine all from tap as much as you want. Have never done all inclusive before but would definately again if theyre all like this. Beware the... more

The hotel is basic, clean and tidy. Pretty much all you need if your going to be out and about more than at the hotel. The one issue I had was the noise . We were there during the fiesta which was fantastic culture wise, but the Spanish (who are barred from many of the resorts bars and restaurants) travel... more

I am 15 years old, and traveled with my mum and my grandma. This review should be interesting as it is from a different point of view, I guess! We stayed at the hotel from the 4th July - 11th, for a week (personally, i would have loved to stay another!) We arrived at the hotel around 8pm, and were... more
