would strongly advise to keep well away from this hotel....food is below average, no selection at all for kids...entertainment is non existent and the swimming pools are very standard...if you like chips then the it is paradise! chips for breakfast! very disapointed with the place as a whole and would never return more

this hotel in in a lovely location in Puerto de Santiago with Los Gigantes and playa Arena just 15 minute walk either way. Very quiet location lovely views of cliffs. Rooms of a reasonable standard but maids only do the basics, ie. change beds and towels. Ask for air conditioning when booking not all rooms have it. Food is plentiful but it gets very repetitive and is over cooked. If place was fully booked they would struggle to accomodate everyone in the evening... more

just returned today 2 weeks relaxing holiday in the tamiamo,nice clean bedrooms all you need in this apart/hotel,2 good size pools, great entertainment on a night ,food good always a choice of something for everybody except the real complainers,(you always get one),if you cant get enough drink in the hotel and want to buy it go to Route 66 round... more

You wont go far wrong with this hotel, we travelled with the inlaws who are both in their 80s. This was our second time at this hotel and it was better than the last. Its clean, the one bedroom apartment was spacious and bright. I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money. Two swimming pools, one quiet, one with music. A pretty styled hotel, a walk from a beautifully rugged coastline, where we enjoyed many a relaxing walk. Los Gigantes, with it's marina and boat trips nearby.
