We arrived back yesterday morning after 2 weeks stay.we all had a great time and a lovely holiday.I would ignore reviews that say the place is dirty for the amount of people at the hotel the place was kept immaculate . The pools are lovely and were clean and tidy the only downside you have to be up before 7.30... More

Ok will give you an honest run down and some advice. We arrived at the airport in Tenerife (2adults 1 8yr old girl) we were greeted by the rep who said bus a19 its over there!!. That was it so we eventually found our coach and then waited 40mins for everyone to get on. Its 45 min direct transfers but... More

This was my first visit but my daughters and their families had been there 3 years ago. it was a large complex but with plenty of space to move around. We were all inclusive with a Holiday Company but there were other nationalities within the complex that made it feel more cosmopolitan rather than being with only the Brits. There... More

This hotel is amazing, spotlessley clean, staff were fantastic, First Choice reps were amazing, helpful, polite, brilliant with the kids. The First Choice Entertainment staff (Allen, Jenny etc) do a fantasic job and the kids are still singing the I5 Live songs now... More

Just back from two weeks at The holiday Village. The hotel its self is beautiful, very clean and tidy. The rooms where cleaned every day, with fresh towels and the fridge topped up with pepsi and beer ( free of charge ). The room we had was in N block, very spacious and quiet with a sea view. The kids... More

We were at the holiday village for one week in August. There were definitely things that could have been better but overall it was a good holiday. The positives were: The first choice staff - most we're really friendly. My sons favourites were Howard, Paige, James (football academy) and Alan (the only stage performer with any real singing or dancing... More

This is the first holiday village we have stayed in and we were blown away at how amazing it was. It is a massive complex and can take a few days t find your way. We stayed in Block A. Requested a grown floor room direct with hotel before we travelled and we were accommodated with one. The size of... More

This was our first all-inclusive and our last. If you want to get up at 5.30am with a torch to reserve your sunbed (if you want to be next to the pool that is so you can see your kids), like to do nothing but put your kids in kids clubs and don’t want much within walking distance then this... More

We are currently staying here. I am sat on a sunlounger which my husband had to set the alarm for 4am to get as all the sun loungers are reserved the night before. It's absolutely ridiculous. The waiters and waitresses (apart from a couple) are grumpy and see it as a chore bringing you a drink at meal times. You... More
