We went here a while back it was by far the best holiday we ever had. With a 2 , 4 and 10 places are normally hard to find. The kids clubs where amazing (and I'm not one for putting my kids in clubs) it was so safe and catered for all ages. They got tshirts and certificates. The food... More

Went in October with family which is what this hotel caters for. The so called quiet pool, is not quiet but just not as noisy as the main pool. The entertainment staff were very good and really worked hard to keep the children entertained. There is a good variety of food and if you can't find something to eat you... More

Apon arrival we checked in and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the rooms to be made ready, although we were able to go and have a meal/drinks while we waited We then had to wait 20 minutes for the 1 and only golf buggy/staff member to take us and our cases to the rooms, a man under great... More

We visited this hotel for the second time for my husbands 40th. The staff are very helpful especially the luabay entertainment team. Zavi is great with the kids - goes above and beyond and both my kids think he's brilliant. The rooms are nice and spacious, the food lovely, drinks are good, pools are lovely. We was there for Halloween... More

Flys everywhere! Really, really annoying. The first choice stuff closed on the 31st October, which left the hotel staff to carry on with the entertainment- this showed me how well the first choice staff carried it off. The food was ok, you could always find something edible but got very repetitive. The specials nights were hopeless. Good drinks selection, and... More

We are a family of 5, with children aged 10, 7 and 1. We stayed here from the 17th-31st October and the first week we got much better service than the second due to the second being half term. The hotel is very large and is kept clean. The room was large enough for the 5 of us with plenty... More

The hotel was an ok 4*. The grounds around the hotel are not as nice and well kept as other holiday villages we have been to. Our room faced the football pitch and high ropes which was quite noisy at times but we were happy with the size and ground floor as good size terrace. Location wise it's okay, not... More

Just returned from this hotel, we took my 11year old grandson with us. It is a great hotel for kids so much going on they don't have time to get bored. The entertainment team is great they spend so much time with the kids. The room we had was good kept clean daily for us, lots of space, we had... More
