We wanted a traditional place away from las Americas so decided on Los Gigantes. However the resort is a mini concrete las Americas. The habour has a concrete block surrounding it which is obviously necessary but not picturesque. I would stick to los cristinos in future as although it's busy the beaches are lovely as is the promenade. El Marques... More

We were 2 over 60's couples and not sure about the holiday after some bad reviews so were quite pleased. We booked with booking.com not RCI and had a spacious apartment on the first floor although bedroom 2 was a bit sparse. The balcony was big, but we only had sun from 14.30 to 16.30 whereas the balconies further away... More

The apartments are spacious and we were lucky to get one on a higher floor with a nice sea view. Some updating would do the bathrooms a lot of good! The pool area is nice and sunny but a bit overlooked and noisy due to building work. The prices are very low and we didn't expect a 5 star resort,... More

I'll be brutally honest in this review and speak as I find. I booked this complex after struggling to find a three bed apartment on the island for our stay in late feb/early march. Although it had up until the end of this year good reviews, after we booked all we saw were negative comments which really dampened our enthusiasm... More

Based on some of the recent reviews, we were expecting a complete dump infested with ants, but it really turned out to be great. Good views, and our place (apartment 314) was quiet. Having the supermarket nearby was perfect (just right outside the back gate, so we didn't have to go through the parking garage all the time). There was... More

Our apartment was on the top floor so the views were excellent but we did not get sun on the balcony until mid afternoon. The apartment was well equipped but somewhat tired and there was a recurring bad drain smell, also the towels and linen had seen better days. However the location between Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago within walking... More

We arrived at around 1.00pm after a 4am start to be told to return at 4.00pm 3 hours later, not everyone gets this treatment as we found out. We were given a 3 bed apartment (room 234) which being on the top floor was great, although it therefore had the best views we got no sun until around 1.00pm and... More

Booked this in all good faith after reading a glowing professional website. The apartment 313 is spacious. But extremely tired. If you do not wear slippers whilst in the apartment you will have to wash your feet several times a day! The cleaning is done as best as the young girls are able with the equipment and time at their... More

Looked good online, we reserved this through RCI Weeks, but our room (305) was nothing like shown online. Los Gigantes is for me, one of the most beautiful areas on the island (I like rocks!). I was expecting to enjoy the views of the coast from our room; what a disappointment!! It was 2 levels up from reception, but close... More
