Upon the recommendation of our host at a previous lodge, we visited the Blue Peter. Much to our delight, the service was excellent, beautifully located and warm hospitality. Absolutely loved it, will definitely recommend.

We spent 3 days for a family long weekend at the hotel. The hotel itself is old fashioned, our door to room.18 did not lock. We had 2 rooms next to each other for our family. They are comfortable. Our view was nice of Table Mountain. We were lucky to have perfect weather so we spent most of the time... More

We were referred to this AMAZING hotel restaurant by friends. A bit of a drive from the centre of Cape Town, but let me just say, IT WAS WORTH THE EFFORT.An amazing place, restaurant overlooking the sea with an outstanding view of Table Mountain, albeit a bit far, way back in Cape Town. Food was superb. Their burgers were yummie... More

Check in was easy and no hassles. Went outside to the bar / seating area. Was super windy so some of the bar staff had to bring in some of the umbrellas. Cheesy garlic pizza bread was delicious and went very nicely with the Windhoek lagers! After watching a lovely sunset we went upstairs to the bar. There were a... More

Awesome food and service. Definitely going back! Chilled place to have a beer after work and relax after a long day. Friendly staff although too busy to have a chat. Definitely one of the best in cape town

Stayed during peak season and its a basic 3 star hotel but the views and hotel atmosphere make it a fantastic place to stay. Breakfast was a traditional bacon, eggs, fruit, toast etc and all was very nice. Service was pleasant and helpful. The beach is right across the street, and the water is great for swimming with little ones.... More

An excellent location to meet friends on the lawn for a few drinks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island. brace yourself though as the drinks are expensive when compared to any other on-consumption outlet. The service too isn't that great, but the overall experience is still worth while.

Pizza and beer with a view. What a way to spend a sunny evening. Makes us feel like we on holiday. The music was awesome and the pizza's just great and the beer was cold. We went to blue Peter after having to endure warm beer at neighbouring spot....and we were not disappointed. The lower deck is a fun place,... More
