Stayed here for 4 nights - Average hotel seems to have been updated recently rooms are big and a good sized bathroom. No plug for the sink, so had to use a running water to shave. mmm not the best did report it but never got sorted. The daily cleaning was poor with rubbish left in the room, cups/glass not... More

The rooms are just terrible. The walls are so thin you can hear every word from the corridor ad the neighbours. The furniture and equipment are the cheapest you can imagine. Everything in the bathroom is covered by limescale, shower is leaking, the drain is as loud as a boar screaming in agony. And as a bonus, I didn't have... More

Stayed with my brother after a rugby international. Got a great rate for a twin room with breakfast. We didn't check in until midnight, but this wasn't a problem, but the heating being left on in the room made it a little uncomfortable as the windows wouldn't open. That is a minor point & I would certainly recommend this as... More

Checked in which was surprisingly quick and efficient given the consistently busy reception in the hotel and made my way to the room, sadly one of the lifts was out of action (was for the weeks stay) and the other two just couldn't cope with the volume of guests so each time travelling in the lifts was a fair wait... Stayed here overnight before catching a long distance flight. After parking the car and booking in we caught a train into London. We was advised by the receptionist of the times of the trains including last train back. Myself and my husband slept well. We did only have 1 large towel but I did mention this to a member of... I have stayed at St Giles 2/3 times a year for the past 10 years, always to coincide with rugby at Twickenham. The hotel is everything you want it to be at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are friendly and efficient and checking is quick. The rooms are spacious always clean. Bar and food and car parking prices... More

We called this the "Ikea hotel." It was like staying in an Ikea display at the store. It was clean and comfortable; absolutely no frills. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The location is near the airport, which is far from everything else! The train station is very close, so that's definitely a plus. Overall, we would stay again... More

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Carpets stank all through the corridors and stained. The rooms are very out dated including the bed linen. The derive at the reception was just dreadful on arrival and departure not welcoming at all and didn't even ask me if I had a good stay, almost like they just... More

When I realised that I would never make the last train home the other night when returning from a business trip I decided to book an airport hotel. The most reasonable was the St Giles in Feltham. This suited me as it meant that I could just walk to the station (less than 5 minutes) and hop a train to... More
