Great hotel, really clean. We always stay here when we are down for rugby weekends as it it so handy for Twickewnham, just nip accorss the road to the train station, 1 stop down you are in Twickenham, 2 stops and you can soak up the pre match atmospere in Richmond. Really easy to get to the hotel, the staff... More

this hotel offered good food in the Restaurant only THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: very very poor had a very small choice even the fruits (PEACH and grapefruits) are soaked in some unidentified sauce and taste ;;;I skipped as the cereal was bad enough.....English breakfast was just the way i like it: Bacon, eggs (scrambled, boiled or fried!) sausages, toasts, etc....... Stayed recently as we had an early morning flight out of Heathrow and essentially just needed a bed for the night. Positives Good deal - £75 for the night including a weeks parking. Airport 20 mins away by public bus - £2.30 one way, cheaper if you have an Oyster card. Room was clean, a reasonable size with tea/coffee making... More

The breakfast was terrible- tables left uncleared, greasy food, poor choice. They ran out of bacon and just shrugged when complaints were made. Staff were totally disinterested. The room- the carpet wasn't laid properly and was rucked so many times it was a health and safety hazard. The furniture was tired (this is the nicest description I can give it).... More

I spent 1 month in this hotel for business, it's quite clean, staff are friendly especially in the restaurant, food was good however the rooms were a bit small. Good for short budget trips. Location was good since it was located 2 min walking distance from a train station to central London

I spent few days here on my business trip to London. It is not bad hotel at all, everything depends on your standard. Fir me, the biggest disappointments of this hotel is no free WiFi access (which is standard these days, even if they give you time limited access). 10 pounds for 24 hour access is just a rip off.... My husband and I stayed here before a business meeting the next day at a rate of £85. I stay in a fair amount of hotels and I am not fussy by any means, but felt I had to comment about this hotel! First impressions...check in was slow and receptionist was not at all friendly. Room...very basic, dirty, and smelt... More

With an early morning flight from Heathrow we decided on a overnight stay with parking. Did not take breakfast, but we were very impressed with an excellent Italian meal for dinner. Surpised and impressed that the hotel had such a facility. Car collection on return easy
