I have recently stayed at St. Giles heathrow Hotel with a large tour group. The rooms were clean. No rooms had any good views of anything. At night when we all wanted to call home the service desk let us use their phone which was nice. There was a little convent store across the street open till 11. the train... more

Good clean hotel, helpful staff close to T3, nothing to complain about there. booked it through Airport hotels4u, as a mystery hotel, we chose the mystery hotel as it said that taxi was included to airport and back, And of course when you get to the hotel they said that it was not, and to take up the complaint with... more

I've now stopped at the St Giles twice with friends, when going to see rugby at Twickenham (a short train ride away). It's a perfectly good hotel: It's not 5 star, but the rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, the parking is pretty good, the bar OK, and the breakfast wasn't too bad either- given the price there's nothing to... more

To say that this was THE worst customer service I have ever recieved is an understatement. However, having read some of the other reviews, it appears I am not alone. The (female) manager was incredibly rude, as were the other front desk staff who were all to busy 'chatting' to deal with the customers (there were ques). The (female) managers... more

Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. The hotel is nice, clean & tidy with very friendly, helpful staff & is good value for money. I found my room very quiet considering the close proximity to London Heathrow. The Italian restaurant was ok, although a little pricey & I didn't understand how the Chinese chicken noodle soup found it's... more

Suitable for budget travellers who do not mind a little bit of a tired looking room. The hotel is conveniently located to motorways, rail and Heathrow. However for your corporate business travellers (like me) I want more than just somewhere to sleep. I was bored within half an hour and could not wait to escape my room and the hotel.... more

St. Giles does exactly what it says on the tin; it provides somewhere to sleep for the night before you fly out of Heathrow. Our room was functional but not fantastic, and the heating didn't seem to work on a very cold night. The Receptionist who dealt with us was friendly and helpful. As we were flying out the next... more

The hotel is very clean and modern. Location is excelent, very close to Feltham Rail Station, from where there are regular trains to Central London. It is also close to Heathrow. Breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. more

Stayed here again in September and October 2008. For the price it is great value. Standard room is clean, comfortable, and adequate size. Staff were very helpful. One disadvantage was that room was quite warm when we entered and took some time to cool down because windows could not be opened. Breakfast included was really excellent, though self service. No... more
