Beautiful place to stay. We stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon. Felt isolated in one of the "huts" but it was a great place. Loved the nightly turn down service with the heated beds. Personal hot tubs were great. Food was delicious in the main lodge, a little scary walking there at night through dark paths, but fun!... more

Fabulous setting in the middle of a forest with fantastic views of a waterfall from our lodge. We really enjoyed our stay here. Hidden away from the world up a 4km dirt track. We stayed there just one night. The so-called "dirty road" was quite extreme and a 4X4 is highly recommended. The room was beautiful and HUGE (not sure, though, you really need such a BIG room for a staying in wild South Africa). Timamoon Lodge is this hideaway spot in the Sabie River Valley, close to Kruger and Hazyview.
