We were warmly greeted by the owner who gave us a nice tour of the main house and outdoor area. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the outdoor areas and hindered the views. We stayed in the Buffalo Room, adjacent to the main house. It was a nice, if somewhat outdated, large suite with sitting area and comfortable... More

We stayed there such a short time, what's a pity! All was absolutely perfect! We had beautiful room. Extremally clean and big. I do not know who said that it is a little oldish. House itself is great! Stony with a soul. Family who run the b&b business is helpful and friendly. I regres that we did not spend there... More

After reading previous reviews we decided to book this place for one night while travelling South Africa. We had been told we were booked for the Hippo Room but were given the Buffalo Room instead. The room was spacious but tired looking. The sink tap was loose and kept spinning around when trying to turn it on or off. The... More

Dear Bernard. Thank you for your constructive feedback. I apologise about your under cooked poached egg - these can be a little tricky to get right sometimes. Please do let the chef know in future that you are dissatisfied and im certain they will cook another egg for you as I would have happily done had you mentioned this. The... More

We decided to spend our last day before heading home in Sabie. We had just finished a week in Kruger and looked for a lodge just to relax and soak up the sun. Couldn't have chosen a better place...quite mis-leading from the front as it's a large place with a stunning pool and bar area. The rooms are all decorated... More

Very comfortable and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Owner and son are great and the breakfast was amazing. The room was nice and the rest of the house was really cool with a pool, deck and outdoor bar. Only regret is not being able to stay longer. Simply amazing. I would go back for sure.

We stayed for one night in the Elephant Room, which was downstairs from the main area. Huge area with kitchenette should we have wanted, sitting area and bedroom. The bedroom was also large, but unfortunately the bed was only Queen size and we struggled a bit. However this is the only negative point I could find. The bar area (honesty... More

We enjoyed the Zebra room which was a real treat, sherry in the room and a jacuzzi on our private terrace. Breakfasts were great, and if the weather had been warmer I'm sure we'd have enjoyed the pool too. Sabie Townhouse has a lovely relaxed feel to it. Wonderful.

I had been in Porcupine Ridge Guesthouse in Sabie before, but unfortunately for me (good for them) they were booked out on the first night of our 2014 Sabie stay. So I found Sabie Town House as an alternative. Solidity is the keyword here. Service and hospitality stand, very reliable, leaving nothing to be desired. The house is built of... More

It's a very nice place to stay in Sabie, which has lot's of sites and activities around. We were there for two non-consecutive nights, and since it wasn't a weekend and our room was not booked, the owner was so kind and let us leave all our stuff in the rooms, which was very helpful for us. The breakfast, made... More

Wonderful b&b, excellent breakfast cooked by the owners. Charming rooms and bars to rest, before or after safaris ! Quiet place to discover. Lots of daily activities around, we went to hazyview to enjoy reptiles park.
