The Hesperia is a beautiful hotel that met all of our expectations during our stay. We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and our cases were transported to our room for us. Check in was pleasant after our long journey, reception staff were very helpful and we were able to access two out of three of our booked rooms... More

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the Hesperia, the Foyer is spectacular and we were welcomed by friendly, smiley staff and a glass of champagne. The swimming pools & grounds of the hotel are exceptional, in particular the lower pool bar Drago's nearest the sea with beautiful views & friendly efficient staff. Generally overall the staff are... This is our 3rd visit to the hotel, we loved it when we first came here, gradually over time the care and attention to quality which we loved has deteriorated. We are currently in the hotel at the moment, it's actually our honeymoon, we told the hotel before flying out and even emailed a copy of our wedding certificate, the... More

Like other reviewers we returned to the Hesperia for another all-inclusive week - that says a lot for the place. Basically this is a very pleasant reliable hotel you can take your family to and have a reliably nice relaxing time. So what has changed in the past 14 months? Improvements: Better bathroom and beach towels. Better reception service. Jetty... More

Air conditioning terrible, smell of sewerage to our room on the 5th floor. Do not expect any eye contact from anyone and when in a queue they will pick who they wish to serve. Not a 5 star hotel have stayed in better 2 and 3 star hotels. Food was enjoyable, pools very clean, short towels in our room and... More

We stayed for 4 days in July, we enjoyed our stay last year (september) so we decided to return for a few days of relaxation and quality time together (after 3 days of walking in sweating in Rome :-)). We enjoyed this stay very much as well and we love the hotel as it has a lot of good things... More

The hotel was perfect! Beautiful grounds, rooms and location. The restaurants there are great and would recommend el risco. The staff are very helpful. Cristian was great and very helpful. All inclusive was Great I'd recommend. Only issue is it takes a while to get drinks at bars but other than that it's great!

We are currently staying at this hotel for a week.. Don't normally do reviews till we get home but thought we would as it's such a lovely place to be.. Lots of sun beds available at all times. Makes such a difference to the usual stampede at stupid o'clock in the morning.. Food is so nice with everything you can... More

We have just returned from a week in this hotel (July 2014) and we chose it based on the Trip Advisor reviews around the food especially the Gluten Free Menu, and we were not disappointed. The food was probably the best we have experienced after holidaying all over the world, this hotel ticked every box for us from selection to... More

Arrived home last night after a week here. Those who say on here that it is 5* have clearly never stayed at a true 5*. Reception area was gorgeous, but that's about it. Rooms 4* at best. Woke up at 9am twice by maids coming in room. Mini bar fridge wasn't cold so constantly buying drinks. Only English channels were... More
