It's located in the little, quiet village of Loue and we had a one night stop here on our way to Le Mans. The hotel has no car park but there is easy parking outside and nearby in a safe village. The welcome we had was excellent and when we expressed a little concern about leaving our car on a... More

Lovely hotel. When you enter from the street it isn't apparent what beautiful grounds lie behind the hotel - complete with a swimming pool. And the food is really very very good as well as being wonderful value for money. Nice people as well. Totally recommended.

Stayed here for one night recently. It is easy to find, right in the centre of the sleepy little town of Loue. Parking is available right opposite the front door. This is a really nice hotel with lovely grounds leading down to the river. We had a room on the top floor, overlooking the gardens. The room was tastefully furnished.... More

we booked one of the packages for dinner bed and breakfast and were very pleased. The room was light and elegant with a great bathroom. However I would have preferred to have one overlooking the garden which is this hotels unsung treasure with a river meandering at the end. I think if the hotel increases in popularity (and it should)... More

We stayed at this hotel on route to our final location in France. The service was great upon arrival, shown to our room on the second floor. The room was light and bright, lots of pale colours. Separate bathroom and toilet, double sinks and shower with good water pressure. Drinks on the terrace in the sunshine, services small slices of... More

Delicious dinner and menu. Attentive service. Excellent room (no 12). Balcony area untended (weeds in the flower pots, cigarette ends on the floor, bird droppings on the furniture) but maybe summer is not yet declared ?!

What a charming French hotel. A very Helpful and friendly owner. Good value and spacious room. Dinner delicious (but not cheap) with excellent knowledge of produce and wine. We'd definately stay again.

This was our third visit. Sorry i never reviewed it before, i forgot! this is a real gem hotel, and a good halfway stop for us en route to Duras from the tunnel. Ludovic, and all the staff, are lovely. the rooms and beds are very nice and comfortable, the gardens tranquil, the food excellent in both restaurants. Ludovic says... More

we just stayed here while looking at real estate in the area. we had two rooms on the third floor: triple was 26 & double was 20. Both rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were quite large & beds firm/comfortable. The staff speaks excellent english and very accommodating. We dined in their more casual restaurant the first night [excellent]... More

We want to thank you sincerely for taking the time to send your opinion about our hotel. We were delighted to keep you with us for New year's eve. We were anxious you might not appreciate such a long and sophisticated French meal, as you were so tired by your trip. it was then a real pleasure for us and... More

Hi, the manager and staff looked after my husband who had a broken ankle, his room was accommodating for an invalid. Dinner was the best with the earlier amuse Boucher in bar. Will go again and highly recommended. Irene
