Mardin has complex streets. That's why we had hard time to find the hotel. There is no parking place. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Every room has air conditioner. Rooms are little bit small but thats because hotel is an old house. We stayed one night, we enjoyed it.

Very caousy place. Prices are low for this perfect hotel. Staff are quite friendly and the hotel is really clean. The location of the hotel is in the center of the old Mardin. The view is quite good and I highly recommend this sweet hotel.

We were 7 people to spend our overnight (3 dbl + 1 sgl) and we were impressed by the quality/price balance and... on top of it an excellent and friendly service. Bathrooms are quite small, but rooms are large enough and, above all, one of the best views in town! Jean Paul Peters

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night in April 2014 during our stay in Mardin. We had a small room with one small window, but we found the room to be very nice and charming. The hotel has the character of a boutique hotel. The views from the terraces are really spectacular. The breakfast was good.... More

I liked the location of this a lot, just beneath the wonderful medressa of the same name. But I wish someone had told us about the restaurant opposite which seems to specialize in extraordinarily loud music. They told us at the reception it was just on Saturdays, but Sunday was the same, and on Monday going to our much better... More

I was at Zinciriye in mid-January so this review may not be typical. Pro: Perfect location in Mardin with easy access to the center of town and main sites. Beautiful building. Cons: Cold at night. Poor wifi connection. Staff at front desk spoke no English (more my problem than theirs) and were completely indifferent to me. Some rooms have no... More

As the other reviewers have said, this is a beautiful old building, with fantastic views and excellent staff. We stayed in May 2013 in a double room just big enough for us and our luggage. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower had a door. The main street is just below which is great for visiting, but there... More

Small but cool stone walled rooms. Fantastic views towards the Syrian border from the terrace (a long way away). Friendly and helpful staff, and centrally located but quiet. Quite a few steps up and down from the top of the hotel to the main street, but Mardin is built like this.

In my opinion the best hotel in Mardin. We have been there this month and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is just in the center of the old town with a magic view from its terrace. Breakfast is delicious and the room was very clean and confortable with good wifi signal in all hotel areas. The staff was... More

We enjoyed this 600 year old hotel, that is a boutique one. Our room was 402 at the top. Very comfortable medium size room with small but nice bathroom. Location is good for the main shopping street and other sights in town.
