This hotel has centuries old architecture along with the perfect central location at the heart of the old town. If you want a room overlooking the Mesapotamia, you need to ask for room 303. Besides, This room is special Cuz no any other room has a view. The staff is Extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better... More

The central location lets you travel the old town easily and the remarkable architecture makes you feel like centuries ago. The staff is pretty helpful for accommodation and guiding the city. I recommend you to request information for car rentals and daily touristic trips which makes you experience he city and region better.

It was a very special setting for a hotel within historic castle walls The room was spacious comfortable and well appointed and when we stepped out on the adjoining Terrace we were greeted by a breathtaking view over the Syrian Plains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easy access to the winding streets with markets, restaurants.

We stayed at the Zinciriye Hotel for one night as part of a 15 day tour of Eastern Turkey. The hotel has beautiful views over the yellow stone rooftops to the baked Syrian desert of the Arabian plate! The room was spacious with good air-conditioning, a comfortable bed and good quality shower.

This lovely hotel has been created out of a traditional house. Rooms are all very different and as they have been created out of the castle walls some have a 'cave like' quality to them. This gives them a unique charm but does mean that bathrooms and windows are sometimes small. Staff are helpful and will willingly carry your bags... More

Mardin has complex streets. That's why we had hard time to find the hotel. There is no parking place. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Every room has air conditioner. Rooms are little bit small but thats because hotel is an old house. We stayed one night, we enjoyed it.

Very caousy place. Prices are low for this perfect hotel. Staff are quite friendly and the hotel is really clean. The location of the hotel is in the center of the old Mardin. The view is quite good and I highly recommend this sweet hotel.

We were 7 people to spend our overnight (3 dbl + 1 sgl) and we were impressed by the quality/price balance and... on top of it an excellent and friendly service. Bathrooms are quite small, but rooms are large enough and, above all, one of the best views in town! Jean Paul Peters

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night in April 2014 during our stay in Mardin. We had a small room with one small window, but we found the room to be very nice and charming. The hotel has the character of a boutique hotel. The views from the terraces are really spectacular. The breakfast was good.... More
