The room was comfortable and clean. Good Parking. The stairs and upper hallways smelled of drains. The restaurant looked promising and we had seen positive reviews. However, for us, it was a very disappointing experience. One first course contained smoked fish that tasted 'off ' and was slightly warm. My second course was, unfortunately, fish that was cold and thus... More

We stayed here on the way back from the Alps. It's about 4 hours or so from Calais. The standard rooms are not big but they have a decent size bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The balcony could be a nice spot to sit in the summer but on both of our visits it hadn't been cleared of leaves... More

Le Moulin du Landion was the 8th and final hotel used during our 15 day classic car tour to Brittany and back. It was chosen simply as a one night stop over as a more or less mid point for the remaining distance back home. Easy enough to find and more than sufficient private parking space (an important aspect for... More

We have stayed here several times over the years and it does not fail us. Yes, I do think the rooms could now do with a face lift, and the balconies do not seem to be cleaned, )bathroom certainly tired and very functional )but its simple charm as a stopover hotel is its worth to many travelling through AND the... I was hugely disappointed with this hotel. The room was small and very basic. The balcony was an absolute disgrace covered in dead spiders and cobwebs and not somewhere I wanted to sit. The bathroom was very tired and the staff did not hoover the room between our 2 night stay. The room has to be good in my opinion... More

Le Moulin du Landion is a lovely little hotel with a good restaurant set in a stunning old water mill in Dolancourt, an easy commute from Dijon. The manager for our stay was new to the hotel but charming and helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful, really well appointed and comfortable. The food was well cooked and presented. A great... Stopped for an overnight stay and booked the family chapel suite. This is a duplex style apartment with a very large ground floor living area with stairs leading to a mezzanine which has a double bed and 2 twin beds - great for a family of four with 2 very young children (under 12). The room was clean and comfortable.... More

We had booked a package "3 course dinner, B&B+ one visit of a champagne cellar with free tasting, 1 hour Aqualis and bubbles (bottle of champagne)". And it was wonderful, the room is great and comfortable bed. The hotel has an outside swimming pool that was perfect as the weather was nice. The Aqualis was just wonderful - a real... More

We had a stopover here on the way to the south of France. Very attractive setting. Reasonable room with a balcony overlooking the mill stream. Very clean and comfortable but probably due for updating. Plenty of safe parking. Reasonable dinner, although the accompaniments to my fish did not really go - a bit like two meals on one plate! Very... More

Hotel is set in lovely grounds with a beautiful stream with water wheel to admire over drinks on the terrace seating. However hotel is set away from the towns and has its own restaurant which is the only local food available which is a bit pricey. Rooms are a good size but need to be redecorated as paint is old...
