Great location on a small island close to many nice diving and snorkeling spots. And all the dineing takes place at the lodge, all guests eat together, which creates a great atmosphere. But, we did the mistake of makeing a reservation with a lodgeroom, which was literally in the bar area. We could hear everything. We tried to upgrade but... More

As long as you read the reviews before coming, you will love it! The island is small, the meals are family style, there is muck off the beach so don't expect to swim right out (you can jump off the pier if you'd like), and you need bug spray. Other than those minor negatives, everything else is a plus! Very... More

The most relaxing holiday ever as well. The cabana over the water was lovely and very clean. You wake up to the sound of water and the birds singing. Staff were so helpful and professional. Not commercial in any way, very personal. Quite often we'd be the only two on a boat dive. Our gear was prepared for us, we... More

Me and my boyfriend recently got back from St. George's Caye and we still can't get back to reality. The place is amazing! We stayed in Cabana 10 which is a great location to the beach and main lodge (although the size of the island doesn't really offer a 'bad' location). We are not divers, as a matter of fact,... More

No tv...no alarm clocks...no roads..no cars...just an amazingly peaceful experience. Staying in a thatched roof cabin listening to the natural sounds of tropical birds, breathing in the clean ocean air on a small quiet island only 20 minute boat ride away from Belize city is unforgettable. ALL of the staff work are very attentive to your needs. Truly a relaxing... More

My family of divers spent a week at St George's Caye. We had a great time. The first night, the kids stayed in the Lodge rooms which are the most reasonable for those on a budget, they were roomy and comfortable. They moved to a cabana on the bay side, we stayed on the ocean side. All were comfortable. The... More

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the six over-the-sea cabanas. It was very clean, with plenty of room for 2 people, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. It was well-ventilated so you could get a nice gentle breeze with the large overhead fan, but also had an A/C unit that worked great if you wanted use it. I... More

After staying in San Pedro for a week with a group of friends, Gina and I needed a place to relax and unwind. We couldn't have found a more amazing place to do it. The food was outstanding, and if by some chance you didn't like what was on the menu, they were more than happy to fix you something... More

We booked our first family trip to Belize for 2014-2015 X-Mas and New Years. We spent 6 days at St. Georges Resort and couldn't be more pleased. The propietor, Cap'n Ron, was super helpful in booking several reservations for us in the country of Belize. We were traveling with our 2 teenage boys, 16 & 19. My husband and I... More

We stayed 6 nights and loved this place. It only take a max of 32 guests. Since most stay several day you get new friends fast Meals are 3x daily and the have large tables so all can talk. Then food was excellent. If guests went diving or out fishing they would add that to the dinner menu. So extra... More
