The location is one of the best things about Yasuragi. You can see & look out to Nacka but once you leave, you wouldn't know that the hotel was located there. The food is minimalistic Japanese flavours with Swedish touches but very delicious & clean in flavour. The facilities are pristine. Service is excellent. And considering how pricey it is,... More

The concept of this spa is to slow down from todays hectic life and relax. The premises and staff gives good tools to this. The only disturbing factor are the stressed up-tempoed visitors. Luckily there is a quiet washing area where you're meant to cleanse yourself in piece. Unfortunately not all of the customers can read. :) There are also... More

Awfully cold rooms, they do follow a Japanese standard but I really wouldn't recommend it for business or a date. The bar at the hotel is pretty quiet an well stocked on Japanese whiskey and beer, wouldn't go back, especially since it's quite far away from everything and pretty expensive. The Spa is just wonderful though.

Stayed overnight 30-31/12/2015 Positive: -great premises -loved the concept and design -some staff were really friendly and nice -spa signature massage was great -the hot springs beyond the pines are the best! Negative: -some personnel was quite rude (!!) and indifferent. Absolutely unacceptable manner of treating the guests. Were really upset and disappointed at first. They tried to smooth out... More

Only negative thing is that they didn't have gluten free soy sauce and that the servers didn't know the difference between regular soy sauce and the gluten free one. Other than that we loved the place. Breakfast was awesome and the electrical rocking chairs was to die for... or in☺

We had a wonderful time at the Yasuragi spa hotel in Hasseludden during New Year for two nights. The common areas are well kept and the location with the views is magnificent. The building looks like a former conference center but it has been wisely transformed to give an authentic experience of a japanese spa. You get the bathrobe (which... More

I have been there for second time for one night stay including dinner and breakfast. My wife and I enjoyed that a lot. We did a number of group activities and relaxed in the outside hot baths, sauna, pool, japanese bath, quiet room, etc. In general a great time!

We feel like the hotel gets away with charging premium prices for something very average because they have their own Japanese zen spa niche. People come here for something different and they do get that, but a lot of things aren't good and maybe people don't care about it because all they want is something "exotic". If you take the... Fab room, walk out in dressing gown and slippers to dinner and all spa attractions. Bed comfortable, a bit hard pillow. I had an upgrade from standard room, japanese style interior, very relaxing hideaway

Yasuragi is a good choice, in general, however would like to highlight some facts that were rather disappointing: – we purchased the day package (950 SEK/person for 8 hours, lunch included) and the lunch was simply ridicolous. For a restaurant that defines itself as japanese, we were allowed to only choose one main course and no miso soup, no tea,... More
