We recently had a 2 nite stay. Missed the hotel driving in but once you find it the location is great and Spello is a wonderful little medieval town close to Assissi and easy to use as a base. Parking is complimentary and just across the street. The rooms were a bit dated but quiet and comfortable. A nice breaklfast... more

We stayed for 1 night. The hotel is centrally located. The people on reception were very welcoming and spoke excellent English and the room was fine with no problems. Breakfast was good and we would definitely stay here again more

This hotel is perfect! In every way! I'm sure they must screen the staff members carefully so they are sure they have the best! They were outstanding! The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved the fresco covered walls in the reading rooms. Our room was very spacious and even though we were only on the second floor we had... more

Our room had a nice large shower and a view from one of the windows overlooking the valley. Free WIFI is available on the ground floor. There was also unlmited internet usage for 2E/day on the one guest computer. Our favorite restauarnt in Spello was Il Cacciatore. The restaurant had a huge balcony overlooking the valley and we enjoyed the... more

Spello is my favorite of all the hill towns, and the Palazzo Bocci is a favorite hotel. This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was every bit as lovely as we had remembered it. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It looked out in the direction of the highway, but we did not notice traffic noise that... more

What a gem! I stayed here for three nights after choosing Spello as my base for exploring Umbria, which turned out to be a great decision. First of all, Spello is a charming, charming, charming little hill town. I booked a junior suite and was lucky to get the only room with a terrace, which overlooked the valley.....a fabulous view.... more

We loved our stay in the beautiful town of Spello, albeit for only one day and one night. This hotel is located perfectly, about 40 metres from the centre of town. The walls and ceilings of the rooms and waiting areas are adorned with frescos, and the lobby area makes you feel like you're walking into an old Roman villa.... more

The hotel sits in the midst of the old town, just below the charming central square, opposite a magnificent chapel sometimes open with a monk who will turn on a workman's light to show you their prized Giotto. That's Spello, gems hidden here and there, and this hotel sits amidst all of that. It has warm public spaces and a... more
