The Hotel is fine, rooms typical HI, and no compliants, but about time the upgraded the TVs, for £120 a night, you do expect a modern TV. I aslo get very annoyed at why they list some Hotel rates excluding VAT, I think this is very misleading, we all have to pay the VAT so it should show an inclusive... more

It's a holiday inn - so pretty standard. Points to note: it seems the restaurant has been outsourced, or at least is slightly different from the standard holiday inn - It was the best holiday inn restaurant I've ever visited (stayed in about 10 around the country). This meant that the room service although was the standard menu was a... more

Most recent stay got off to a bad start when reception sent me on a long walk to find the room wasn't on the first floor but 100 series room numbers followed in sequence with the ground floor. Its a Holiday Inn which means certain things never change and that is good. Its near Borehamwood / Elstree which makes it... more

My husband and I had our wedding service, reception and a subsequent one night stay at the hotel. The run up to the wedding was ok but with a change of staff there were a couple of communication breakdowns, All the staff however, were wonderful, helpful, friendly and eager to please. Our day went without hitch except the table confetti... more

This is a smart and comfortable Holiday Inn wih many advantages. There is ample parking, and the hotel has good facilities including a swimming pool. There is a large bar/ lounge area where I had dinner, which was of good quality. The restaurant is also large, and breakfast was buffet style and well produced. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly... more

I stayed in the Holiday Inn at Borehamwood with a colleague as part of a one night business trip. Couldn't really complain about much. Check in was relatively painless having booked a week before on the internet. Asked about an evening meal and was advised to purchase a "Meal for Two for £35" promotional voucher in advance which proved to... more

We stayed here for 1 night, and chose the hotel for it's convenient location. It was very easy to find with easy access from the motorways. We've stayed at lots of Holiday Inns, and this is one of the larger ones. On arrival we noticed there was a wedding in progress, and asked for a quiet room away from any... more

We booked this hotel for a two night break. As Priority Club members we had earned enough points for one of the nights to be a freebie. We had asked for a large room with a cot upon booking. The hotel foyer and bar area was airy, spacious, clean and modern. On the way to our first floor room we... more

Only stayed for a single night, but was impressed with the cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, comfort, general look of the hotel, and easy access from the M25. The Breakfast was adequate, though not the best I have had, but the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room and bathroom facilities were very clean and had everything available that we... more
