Had a great stay at this place on 21st June. Nice clean room, fairly quiet (I had a great night's sleep), helpful staff (special mention to Zuzana on Monday morning who was wonderful). Had a lovely carvery meal at the Toby Carvery next door too! The Toby also does a pretty good as much as you want breakfast for £3.99... More

This Travelodge is conveniently located for getting into London with free onside parking and an adjoining carvery restaurant. There are numerous shopping facilities and Elstree studios within a short distance too. The hotel is very much in need of a makeover at the moment - very tired and a bit tatty round the edges. However, its clean, it's cheap and... More

The most glamorous thing about the hotel was that it's situated on Studio Way! It's functional, basic, does a job etc. A few niggles - 1.) the walls are absolutely paper thin, which meant I heard every phone call and TV programme from next door and from the room next to that! I thought that as I was right at... More

This travelodge is great value for money if you need to visit London but don't want to be in the congestion charging zone - about an 1hrs drive into the centre clean comfortable rooms and very quiet location - with a Toby Cavery attached should you wish to eat without leaving the location

Three of us plus a Hearing Dog were given very spacious room. Our deaf companion's Hearing Dog was recognised by the reception lady and she was offered extra assistance without being asked. Very thoughtful.

Booked for just one night but staff on reception both checking in and out were approachable and polite. We had a twin room which was quite big, beds were very comfortable and there was everything in the room which was needed. Attached to a Toby Carvery which was very good as we were able to eat without having to find... More

On first look all seemed well, family room big enough for two adults and two primary school aged kids located far end from Toby carvery, not overlooking the carpark. Pub proved quite 'lively' on a Saturday night and proved bit noisy as other guests returned to rooms later on (our two slept through, but my far better half didn't) Toby... More

Stayed here for 3 nights over the may bank holiday, great value base, as we were sightseeing in London, approx 40 mins into central London by car. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast next door in toby carvery pub was good value for £3.99 but did not try evening food as don't eat carvery's, great pub within half a mile... More
