The rooms had just been reburbished and where really comfortable and modern and smelt fresh. The halls and leisure facilities could now benefit from the same as they were looking a bit tired. Staff where very helpful durin the whole of our weekend stay. As we where unable to get a family room we had to have two adjoining rooms... more

Then rooms have all just been refurbished (we found out from the very helpful receptionist). Ours was 119 overlooking the golf course. They are to a very high standard and had every thing we needed. The restaurant was just a good with friendly service and great food. Access to Bath and Longleat where we visited were excellent. we would stay... more

Was down in Somerset for one night on business. Check in was super fast and trouble free. The receptionist Emma was extremely pleasant and very professional. The rooms and hallways were clean but very 'tired'. The restaurant was first class. The waiting staff were very pleasant and attentive. The food was fantastic to say the least. We were pleasantly surprised... more

We stayed at the Centurion Hotel when down for a wedding. The hotel was really helpful when I asked for a local hairdresser and recommended a few. Connect, (15 min walk) the one I used, was a lovely wee place and did a great job on my hair. The hotel was nice and clean and a good size. Our room... more

It's fair to say that without exception, all staff were prepared to go that extra mile to ensure they did all they could to make your stay worthwhile. And the food served for breakfast was first rate and plentiful. I didn't eat there in the evening. The rooms (I stayed twice) were acceptable and clean - a comment I struggle... more

Stayed overnight at the Centurion as all hotels in the centre of Bath were booked due to the Rugby - and even then could only get a twin room instead of a double. However, this did not matter - it was a really welcoming hotel decorated in period style and with a fitness centre and golf club attached. The girl... more

I have stayed at this hotel many times and would normally give it a great review. However my last visit was very different. I booked a 2 day stay and was very tired upon arrival. When I went to my room, I pulled down the sheets to get in bed and found 2 bugs there. I went to the front... more

We were looking for a 2 night stay around Bath but the various deals websites seemed to be indicating that hotels in this area are quite expensive. Then we came across the Centurion which had a package of 2 nights in a double room including full English breakfast and 3 course evening meal for 2 for both nights for £220... more

We stayed for four days with our family as a short break at half term. The attraction for us was the pool and good food reviews together with location, close to Bath/local attractions. Booking was very good, the staff knew exactly what we needed citing two rooms very well on the ground floor. We arrived late but there were no... more
