The rooms had just been reburbished and where really comfortable and modern and smelt fresh. The halls and leisure facilities could now benefit from the same as they were looking a bit tired. It's fair to say that without exception, all staff were prepared to go that extra mile to ensure they did all they could to make your stay worthwhile.
