Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and the ease of checking in was brilliant, our grandchildren were well looked after and the swimming pool was extremely clean and warm. The pool was a little too deep if your child is an early or poor swimmer but this is our only negative, luckily ours... More

Stayed here before we went onto New Wine at Shepton Mallet Pool was OK Couldn't find other spa facilities though which was a shame as after a 4 hour drive, a hot tub would have been really nice!. Bath was not really warm Food at restaurant for evening meal and breakfast was lovely, though staff couldn't cope with 'full breakfast... More

We stayed on a business trip and were very impressed. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. Reception staff very helpful, even giving me some paper as I'd forgotten my notebook. Breakfast was very nice. Note the restaurant closes early on Sunday's so unfortunately we weren't able to eat. The sports bar is ok but drinks are way too expensive. You... More

I used to think Best Western was a tired brew. I have changed my mind after visiting this hotel. The hotel is well placed against a golf course and extensive grounds, easily accessed by road and welcomes guests equally for both business and leisure. The car park is massive and easily accommodated my long van. The hotel is as well... More

This is a modern hotel next to a golf course and just outside Radstock. You really need a car, and parking is free. There's not much within easy walking distance, but the hotel has a good bar, restaurant and lounge. Staff were very helpful and efficient. I used it as a base for visiting Bath and visiting friends in the... More

Really nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also has a health club (gym, spa, pool) attached - pool is a bit small and can't really accommodate more than 6-8 people wanting a good swim. Really nice food in the bar. They also have a restaurant, but we didn't eat in there due to nothing really suitable for our daughter.... More

This is a very good hotel that offers a high standard of service with all the usual perks - spa, decent bar, good restaurant - bedroom was very comfortable and clean too. I would recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a bit of class.

Stayed here while in the area for a wedding. Fair to say the hotel is better on the inside than it looks from the outside. From outside it looks a bit plain. Stayed in room 234 (deluxe room) which had a massive bed, sofa and loads of room. Thick lush carpet underfoot was lovely. The bathroom had a really deep... More
