I intend to put this hotel on the ferret they are unhelpful, arrogant, and the rooms are dirty and most of the facilities don't work when I complained I was told to leave or stay but I would lose my money we left I was so upset it was new years eve ruined. Trading standards will be contacted too

That's about it really. Clean Sheets, Hot Breakfast and a very good location. For £45 what more could you ask for! Ok, the hotel is by far the cheapest in the centre of Porthcawl and the poor decor in the rooms reflects this however; I would say, that It certainly offers good value for money.
