clive and theresa were wonderful hosts,nothing was too much trouble.the rooms were spotlessly clean and the hotel was in an ideal location for getting around to see porthcawl,we did not have an evening meal but the breakfasts were excellent.there are some nice bars a short walk from guesthouse on the promenade which also serve nice food.

Clive & Theresa were fantastic hosts. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the warm friendly welcome made us feel very much at home. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast after great night out. We would recommend the Butterfly as you would not want for better.

Teresa and Clive were very welcoming and showed us to our rooms straight away. Very high standard and all the rooms are beautifully decorated and very very clean!
