We booked through Amazon UK, Arrived to be informed we had no booking but probably had one at the hotel next door (Marisco) - apparently all part of the same resort. Not what we booked nor expected. Would have been fine except the room provided was really very poor with AC that did not work. Supposed to be a "quad"... More

We spent two weeks here in early September. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well decorated. Our room was a good size, not massive, but not small. We had a queen bed, which was very comfortable. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a reasonable choice for a buffet. The bar had a very limited stock, so... More

Hotel room very good with view of Marina, grounds to sister Hotel well kept and good sized pool, very few umbrellas with no shade (it was 35 degrees most of week). Beach was quite a walk away so only visited it once but didn't stay. Breakfast was at The Baja hardly any choice unless you liked scrambled eggs and bacon... More

Not much to say. Poor designer put flat finish tiles in shower and on floor therefore very difficult for cleaners to clean. Shower small - soapy dirt stuck to walls. Shower head itself great. Front desk staff apathetic - more interested in finishing phone conversation than making eye contact and giving the key. They are completely proficient at ignoring you... More

First, the good things: -Very easy to find, front desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and multi-lingual. -The room was clean and nice enough (we stayed only one night). -It is close to many wonderful beaches and there is plenty to eat and drink within walking distance. -The included breakfast is a nice touch. It's not a fancy spread, but it... More

This hotel is modern, clean and quiet. We visited mid-September and the hotel was like a ghost ship running on minimal staff. There was no bar so if you wanted a drink you had to fetch it from the hotel next door or the bar across the road. Breakfast is self service, coffee from a machine and very repetitive selection... Dear client, First of all we thank you for your review. We are sorry if the atmosphere of the hotel didn’t meet your expectations. As you can easily understand, during the low season there is a more limited number of guests, but despite this, the hotel continue to ensure all the services. Even if the bar was closed, we don’t... As said in other reviews, the hotel is very clean and modern but it must be one of the noisiest I've ever been in. When it's not the music playing outside, any noise made by the guests (i.e: moving a chair, going up/down the stairs, doors of the lift opening/closing) will resonate into your room. If you bought your Quies,... More

If you looking for quiet holiday-Baja is the perfect place. Hotel is connected with Morisco Hotel, which is very laud, lots of kids running, laud music, bar, and restaurant where you will have yours meals (not the breakfast-this service runs in Baja). Baja is quiet and perfect for the couples without kids. Rooms are small and not all of them... More

We stayed as a couple late August/early September. Great location in the small, characterful town of Cannigione. Lots of restaurants near by and short drive to other resorts along the coast. The hotel did not feel busy, so perfect for what we wanted (a nice quiet time). We didn't feel the need to use the facilities at the adjoining hotel,... More

This is a very pleasant hotel, perfect for the discerning traveller, really like the reception area which is furnished very tastefully with a relaxing feel. It's a shame that the Baja only serves breakfast and all the focus is on the Marisco which is a family hotel and not a patch on the Baja. Apparently this is a decision of... More
