We stayed at Marigot Bay ( the new name of this hotel ) with the family just after it reopened and had a great time ; the kids really enjoyed it and the staff are warm and friendly - it is our second stay here and they are certainly giving the place an uplift , with bright new fabrics around... more

Arrived at Marigot bay at the Start of November so it was very quiet at resort as it had just reopened for the season. The pools and other facilities at Marigot Bay hotel (Discovery has been renamed) were spotless clean and well equipped as usual. Nice to see most of the same staff who really take pride in their jobs.... more

The Discovery Hotel on Marigot Bay is set at the base of a very high hill overlooking the famous waters of "Dr. Doolittle" fame. The location is remote in relation to any type of nightlife....a long cab ride is necessary. This is by far the best hotel i've ever satyed in. Fantastic rooms, great staff, excellent pools, lovely restaurant & perfect location. As soon as you arrive your greeted with a cocktail and refreshing wet towels. for a hotel which couldn't have been situated better, the conditions and the service are horrible, however, i came across some really nice staff, like reception, they are so wonderful! they made me feel so warmly welcomed... taking us to our room was a breeze, and they couldn't have done a better job! i hope those people are being acknowledged... more

We've just come back from an amazing 10 days at Discovery. The hotel looks great, tucked into the beautiful surroundings of the bay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
