My husband and I recently returned from the Carimar. I booked it based on the reviews here on Trip Advisor. This was our second time in Anguilla, but we stayed at the Cuisinart the first time and wanted to see if we loved the island just as much on a smaller budget. Well, we loved it even more! Meads Bay... More

At Carimar Beach Club we had a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The balcony was lovely with flowers around it and the ocean was just steps away. The water was gorgeous and crystal clear and the beach had the softest, cleanest sand I have ever seen. There were only a handful of people on the beach... More

and we just got back last week! If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay that won't break the budget, Carimar is for you. The small complex (6 buildings total) is located on the most beautiful beach imaginable - white sand, calm turquoise water, palm trees and breathtaking sunsets are all at your front door. Our condo was really... More

Wow, I almost hesitate to write this as I really don't want the secret to get out! This is just a fabulous condo/apartment style resort on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. First, the people who work here are among the friendliest, most helpful you will ever encounter... like Four Seasons service but with real sincerity. Car... More

We visited Anquilla inorder to have dinner at Blanchard's restaurant. This requires an overnight stay on Anquilla as transporation between St Martin and Anquilla ends at 7:00 p.m. Thus we needed to spend the night on Anquilla. This resort was a gem and very under rated. It is clean, well maintained, with a very attentive staff. The views are outstanding... More

The Carimar is located in walking distance to at least 4 decent restaurants, on a fabulous stretch of beach. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. The service is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. We went scuba diving with Anguillian Divers and enjoyed the experience. The reefs are ailing but we saw squid, turtles, rays, lobster, etc. Recommendation: stick... More

The condo was clean and the staff was awesome. They made dinner reservations every night. If I were to knit pick the beach had a little (6ft.) incline U had to climb up after a swim. BUT the water was so calm and beautiful and the sand was perfect so no big deal. The one thing I did not care... More

We dived 7 times in our 10 days on Anguilla. They have great wrecks, which are full of fish. Saw some of the largest lobsters I have ever seen. Carimar is on one of my favorite beaches. The new, updated kitchens, furniture and baths make it look like new. Beautiful grounds. Some of the best restaurants on the island nearby.... More

This hotel is absolutely the best deal you will get in Anguilla if you are not looking to be 'on schedule'. The location is absolutely amazing. There is a mile long beach, of which Carimar is near its East end and ViceRoy the other. The beach is completely open where you can run, walk, swim, snorkel or whatever else strikes... More
