Having visited the island for 12 years now, and stayed at many resorts and villas, one always needs to consider just how much they're paying, and for what. If this hotel was priced on par with luxury hotels on the island, I would leave a much different review. With that said, the hotel has many nice attributes, along with things... More

Anguilla is in no way shape or form a budget destination. Therefore, if you are not a Hollywood star or a football player and you are looking to spend less than 500 a night, Anacaona should definitely be on your short list. This is an older hotel which has been renovated (to a certain extent). You sometimes notice some outdated... More

The most beautiful beach we've ever seen, super friendly staff and nice rooms! Will come again! Everyone who worked at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. We were especially sad to say good-bye to Deval who completely took care of us and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

This place is a bit outdated. PROS - - Great location - Comfortable bed - Very nice staff CONS - -EXTREMELY poor bathroom condition with awkward placing of door. Most importantly, the shower only stays warm for 2 minutes and then the water becomes cold. Also, there are really only two temperatures - scorching hot for two minutes and freezing... More

Anacoana Boutique Hotel is a charming little property near the stunning Meads Bay Beach. We were very comfortable in our garden room and enjoyed sitting outside on our terrace. It could, however, have a few more lights. We ate breakfast and dinner several times at the restaurant and the food was well prepared and tasty. Tweetie the waitress is completely... More

When I'm traveling for business I'm generally very easy going. Even so I felt the Anacaonda was a bit too rustic for my tastes. A little extra maintenance, such as fixing the screens in the bathroom or adding some lighting to the rooms would greatly improve the experience. I laughed when we were given a can of "Off" and a... Anacoana Boutique Hotel in Anguilla is our favorite. Anguilla has many lovely resorts that are very expensive, however, Anacoana has a charm of its own. Delroy and his staff from the moment you arrive, treat you like family. Your wish is their command. There are two pools that are very refreshing and the beach is gorgeous. The Firefly Restaurant is... More

Our 2nd visit to the Anacaona. Absolutely wonderful stay for 10 nights. The Hotel is quiet and peaceful, clean and in a great location. We always book the suite with a kitchen since we enjoy cooking and sitting on the lovely balcony . The room , 502, was lovely, the bed so comfortable and the bathroom was more than adequate... More

we have stayed at anacaona for several years, and we love it. we arrived at anacaona right after the hurricane and the rains. the staff worked feverishly to ensure the property was at 100% after the storms. unfortunately a few reviewers apparently saw the storm damage and thought the hotel was always like that. during our stay: 1. the rooms... After reading extensive reviews here, we decided to book the Anacaona boutique hotel for our very short two night visit to anguilla, our first time on the island. The service staff was always pleasant, the checkin process with our complimentary rum drink was smooth and easy. We were quickly escorted to our room, on the first floor with absolutely no... More

Thank you for your review and we do appreciate the feedback. On October 13th, Anguilla took a direct hit from Hurricane Gonzalo a category 1. Please find some information on the hurricane http://www.trust.org/item/20141014033907-lt9kz/ . The hurricane severely damaged much of our garden destroying some of our biggest trees and leaving many areas very bare. This happened a little over two... More
