We spent five nights at this lovely small resort and were very impressed with the hotel, layout, beach and most importantly the staff who went out of their way to ensure that every need was met. The owner hosted a dinner and cultural event with local performers and dancers which everyone enjoyed on a Thursday evening. Breakfast, lunch and dinners... More

I took a ferry over to Anguilla from St Maarten and stayed here for one night. Here is my opinion about the hotel: The hotel is old and worn but clean. If you are looking for accommodations that are comparable to the Marriott, its not going to happen. The furnishings in the room was old and a bit worn, but... More

Business trip. It is a short walk to the powder-sand beach, but well worth it. I was here on a business trip, and only for one night... unfortunately I arrived in time to have a quick swim before dinner, and I enjoyed in so much that I went back for another swim before breakfast. The rooms are large and clean,... More

Anacaona is a great smaller hotel with exceptional service! Even though not a 5 star property, the Associates really spoil you. The propery is right off Meads Bay Beach with a 2 minute walk from the main lobby to the beach. Great mantained grounds and rooms. The restaurant is casual but great food and service. We eat breakfast every day... More

We were invited to a destination wedding in Anguilla, and Anacaona was one of the 2 hotels recommended by the wedding party (it was the less expensive one). After reading the reviews, we thought "Why not?" and are happy we made that decision. The people couldn't have been more helpful, from the time we made the reservation until we checked... More

I'm writing this sitting on the balcony as the palm trees blow gently, with the sea beyond, sipping my early morning coffee. This is our second stay here and we will be back. The room is amazing; large, comfortable, two outside areas with a lockable door which means we sleep with both outside doors open ( fly screen doors closed,... More

My husband and I had planned a great trip to Anguilla for my Birthday in May 2014. We have been to the island before and loved it, so we decided to go back and try a new hotel. From reading such great reviews about the Anacaona hotel, we were excited to visit! The pictures of the hotel looked like a... More

This was our 3rd year in a row at this lovely boutique resort. The warm and welcoming staff(especially Raquel who went out of her way to make our vacation special)and the comfortable accommodations make us even more anxious to return next year. Mr Ricketts,Delroy Lake, and their staff have made us feel part of their family.

My family of 5 stayed at Anacaona for 7 nights in March 2014. From initial contact and friendly service with Kenisha through emails to the attention paid by staff throughout our visit, we felt the customer service was exceptional. As others have pointed out, Anacaona is not a 5 star resort, but was more than sufficient for our needs! For... More

I have stayed at Anacaona twice during 2014, once in January and again in April. Raquel and her team are amazing! From emailing details back and forth prior to arrival to daily assistance while at the hotel, everyone at Anacaona is friendly and eager to make your stay wonderful. In april, I was traveling with a large group for my... More
