After staying in Bed & Breakfasts all over the world, I feel that I have finally found the perfect place, Ruth the owner has a way of just making you feel welcome, there is nothing she will not do to help you have a perfect stay. The location for the B&B is perfect if you are coming from the country,... More

We keep returning to this charming B&B as it is always clean and welcoming after travelling. The rooms are spacious and the breakfasts tremendous. The owner and her staff always make you feel welcome and always provide tea and coffee in the sitting room. Recommend to anyone going to Perth as it is near both the Bus Stop and the... More

Good value, unobtrusive and obliging owners. As a poor sleeper I found my bedroom at the front had intrusive road noise, however the owners had no problem changing me to the much quiieter Kiwi room at the rear.

I have stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in the Kiwi Room overlooking the pool, Fantastic. Private Bathrooms Beautiful, Breakfast out of this world and enjoyed how I could choose my meal, cooked instantly for us. not sitting in Bay maries keeping hot it was so fresh. Daily Housekeeping is a big plus. We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

Booked the Colonial room on the basis that their webpage stated that the room was 'wheelchair friendly' and after phone calls to the property. Nothing about this B&B is wheelchair friendly. The only entry to the room is via a large step and double doors. The bathroom is not to accessible standards, and none of the other features of the... More

We booked the Armadale Cottage B&B through our Travel Agent and did not know what to expect. The place looks lovely from the outside with well kept gardens. The inside is something different - a real home away from home. We had 10 days and have rebooked for our next visit to Perth. The location is handy to many areas... More

My husband and I have never stayed in a better B&B. For a very reasonable price we had absolute luxury. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were stylish and comfortable. In addition B&B guests had their own communal lounge with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. There was a microwave and fridge just for guests too. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and... More

The rooms here are well appointed and extremely clean. Parking is good however it was noisy because of location on highway. I was disappointed that I asked for a cooked breakfast at 7am. When I arrived in the kitchen at 7, it hadn't been cooked. I really wanted to travel 450km that day so it was important I hit the... More
