I have stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in the Kiwi Room overlooking the pool, Fantastic. Private Bathrooms Beautiful, Breakfast out of this world and enjoyed how I could choose my meal, cooked instantly for us. not sitting in Bay maries keeping hot it was so fresh. Daily Housekeeping is a big plus. We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

Booked the Colonial room on the basis that their webpage stated that the room was 'wheelchair friendly' and after phone calls to the property. Nothing about this B&B is wheelchair friendly. The only entry to the room is via a large step and double doors. The bathroom is not to accessible standards, and none of the other features of the... More

We booked the Armadale Cottage B&B through our Travel Agent and did not know what to expect. The place looks lovely from the outside with well kept gardens. The inside is something different - a real home away from home. We had 10 days and have rebooked for our next visit to Perth. The location is handy to many areas... More

My husband and I have never stayed in a better B&B. For a very reasonable price we had absolute luxury. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were stylish and comfortable. In addition B&B guests had their own communal lounge with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. There was a microwave and fridge just for guests too. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and... More

The rooms here are well appointed and extremely clean. Parking is good however it was noisy because of location on highway. I was disappointed that I asked for a cooked breakfast at 7am. When I arrived in the kitchen at 7, it hadn't been cooked. I really wanted to travel 450km that day so it was important I hit the... More

We stayed 2 nights and needed accommodation back in Perth at short notice. Without planning ahead getting hotel/ motel accommodation within Perth you have to take what you can get sometimes. The proximity of the cottage, being on a main road, is more of a location for your typical motel for my liking than your usual B&B which many people... More

We stayed for one night - We had the Colonial Room. The decor was beautiful, the ensuite roomy and well designed. Breakfast was friendly and tasty. Would return if we are in the area again. Thank you for being a great host and taking such pride in what you provide for your guests.

Not much else to choose from in Armadale but it was a good choice. Not like the usual B&B where you are climbing over the resident family and pestered by the kids. We had the Kiwi room, very clean, good bed, maybe over furnished. Great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and Ruth is a good host. With only four rooms this... More
