We enjoy our fishing trips with Kitimat Lodge! They are very professional and cater to our requests as a family! We have done several family fishing outings with the lodge including the Skeena, Kalum, drift boating and Ocean fishing, ever trip Kitimat Lodge makes special! I appreciate the way that the lodge accounted for our 4 year old!

I am a regular business traveler to Kitimat and I have been mistakenly under the impression this property just served tours. Let's clear that up right away - they welcome business travelers as I pleasantly found out this trip! I asked for a room for one night and they gave me a cabin. These are structures with cedar cladding on... More

Came to town for a wedding. Stayed for 3 nights at the lodge. The staff were very accommodating to us, placing us in an area where visiting from room to room would not disturb other guests too much. Can have a campfire. Yes, the kitchen's are basic, but being able to cook is a plus. My hubbie went river fishing... More

Fishing trip to Kitimat, this place is the best in the town. Stayed at the others and they were awful. My wife could even sleep. Stay here, nice real Canadian experience. Friendly and clean. Will be back next season.

Not many choices in town. Kitimat Lodge is not hotel quality but still one of the best choices in town. I stayed on a cabin which I found overpriced at CAD 133.00/Night. The cabins have a kitchenette with fridge and stove. There are some old pans and all sort mismatched dishes and glasses. It was clean which is a plus.... More

Decent accommodation.. There's a mini-kitchenette with a stove available and stocked with some dishes, pots pans and utensils. Walls are not so thick, and the beds aren't that substantial, but is is comfortable on the whole. Plenty of parking and the proprietors are super nice and attentive. The location is kind of neat, tucked next to a large hill (my... More

Kitimat lodge is an ok place to stay. Few minor annoyances, smoke alarm batteries were low and kept beeping every so often. Bed doesnt have headboard, so every time I coughed it moved a bit. Other than that, it was very clean, super friendly owners. Internet was out whole weekend, but that wasnt a big deal. If you are looking... More

Really nice big, clean, log cabins that have rustic feel. Super clean which is key for me. We had the cabins and a couple of us had a room. The owners are very personable and are quite accomodating. They also have small hotel rooms which are tiny, but its perfect if you are a single traveller with a tiny kitchenette... More
