This is a very impressive hotel from the outside, and offers a great swimming pool to relax in. The rooms are certainly adequate but are starting to get very tired. The restaurant served beautiful food, and the staff were friendly enough, they went out of their way to assist us with laundry. I would stay there again.

Arrived at night and found hotel to be a bit out of the way and in a poorer locale. Entrance looks 5 star but our room wasn't. Asked for a double but told there was a only twin beds which staff ended up pushing together. Basic English spoken and as long as you speak simply, you can get your message... More

Our family stayed here in October, 2013. One of our family members was so impressed by the food here that because of her, we did not eat out for the rest of our stay. We also ordered their tours to the Yok Don forest, the two waterfalls and the Lak lake. Great beauty! Made me so proud of being Vietnamese... More

A family with 2 small children , we had been road tripping in the central highlands for 2 days and were really happy to stop overnight in this such a high standard hotel (for the area). The room and bathroom were clean, everything was working fine (TV, wifi, hot shower...) but we did not get to use the swimming pool... More

Room: When we were shown the room, it had two single beds. We asked for a double room, and they said they had no double beds - only singles which they pushed together and fitted a double sheet on to. Later we walked past an open room and lo and behold, a double bed. Not a great first impression really.... More

I was in BMT for a work trip and stayed at this hotel and at Coffee Tour Resort. I looked at Dakruco and I saw the premier hotel in town: the Saigon Ban Me. But, bang for buck the Damsan was the best. It has this multi level terrace style back garden area leading down to the pool and tennis... More

We stayed for two days at the superior room which was clean, had a small sitting area but lacked a safe and foreign tv channels. The pool is very good size and clean overall yet the pool chairs did not have cushions which made it uncomfortable to stay for too long. No umbrellas are available either to offer shade. The... Spacious room with polished floorboards and large window overlooking pool/ tennis court down below and lush green foliage of coffee plantation. Located in a lovely street with very friendly shopkeepers, cafes and low key eating places - lots of locals saying hello. About 15- 20 minute walk from Victory Monument, even though at night not many street lights. Breakfast buffet... More

Myself and 2 other friends share a room and very happy with breakfast, room quality and amenities such as swimming pool. If you are in Buon Ma Thuot, highly recommend that you take a small trip to Phan Chu Trinh and check out Green coffee in Phan Chu Trinh, just pass the Cao Nguyen Hotel
