Vic en Bigorre is a snapshot of recession hit France in 2013. This once thriving town now comprises shops for sale and rent or goods for sale. In August,my huqband and I enjoyed another stay at Le Reverbere. This time we stayed for 2 weeks while attending the Marciac Jazz Festival. The hotel continues to be well maintained and cared for. Great staff, very, very helpful. Restaurant was nicer than expected, seems to be the 'nice' place in town for locals to eat at. Good place to consider if you'd like an inexpensive, quiet spot as a jumping-off point to explore the area by car.

We spent a delightful stay at Le Reverbere for a week. The hotel is very clean, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. We found this hotel to be a good base for touring the region and attending the Jazz Festival. The price is quite reasonable. We recommend this hotel to anybody looking for accomodation... More
