Vic en Bigorre is a snapshot of recession hit France in 2013. This once thriving town now comprises shops for sale and rent or goods for sale. We found this hotel to be a good base for touring the region and attending the Jazz Festival. The price is quite reasonable. We recommend this hotel to anybody looking for accomodation... More
