Fantastic location, seafront on the main coastal road. The decor on the whole could do with updating but it was clean, comfy and convenient! To be honest you'll spend most of the time looking out the window than at the pink bathroom suite!

We booked this hotel based on the generally-good reviews from Tripadvisor. We were there as a family to visit the Allied invasion sites. The positives: Great location, steps to the beach (however the beach here is not as good as some other up the coast) and a centralized location for visiting Omaha, Juno, Sword, beaches. Family run and a more... More

Good hotel on sea front, we had a room, overlooking the beach, but I think we go this due to the wind whistling through windows, and other visitors not wanting the rooms, but did it was fine. Old fashioned charming rooms, with rather outdated but working fittings. We ate in the dining and had the set menu for 27 euros,... More

Our three-generation family of nine, ages 16 to 70, enjoyed a two night stay here in early July. As others have noted, there is a steep staircase to the upper floors, and the rooms and bathrooms vary in size and details, but these are aspects of an authentic traditional French family-run hotel. Philippe, who greeted us, was very helpful in... More

We wanted somewhere to stay overnight on the way back to the Tunnel and found this family run hotel right on 'Juno Beach'. It was inexpensive so we weren't expecting much, but the welcome was warm and the room and public areas were adequate and very clean. We had no shower in our en suite and the bath was tiny,... More

We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to a return visit soon. The owners made us feel totally at home and catered to our every need. They made our stay very memorable. The location is charming and the sea air was invigorating....do try a stay there when in the area.....Jone and Patrick

We have been welcomed in a warm and friendly way by the owners of this small family hotel in the quiet little Luc-sur-Mer, where it is standing right in front of the sea. Although the hotel needs some refurbishing, everything was very clean and we did have an enjoyable stay. The owners took over the hotel some years ago and... More

We didn't stay here (thank goodness) only ate here. It was the worst meal we had in 2 glorious weeks in France, and the most expensive. We were not shown to a table, and were then told the one we had settled at (with sea view) was reserved - poor management and immediately made us feel unwelcome. The staff seemed... More
