We spent one delightful night in this charming hotel .The duplex bedroom had a view on the English-style garden .The two King-size beds were extremely comfortable, which permitted us a good night's sleep after a driving afternoon. The morning breakfast was a buffet which offered nearly everything one can dream of.

We had a beautiful ocean view, but otherwise, this hotel was average. The room was spacious but could have been better (seemed like there was sand on the floor). There was no wi-fi despite it being advertised and no extras (i.e., no fridge or wine glasses). For breakfast, the coffee was bad but the fresh-made croissants were delicious.

The food was excellent for an "all in" and the room very nice. Very helpful and cheery staff who spoke English very well....we were there for two nights and will hopefully be returning if one goes back to that area. As I live in France it is likely!

What an amazing place! We were warmly welcomed when we checked in and the gentleman offered us dinner reservations on site, with a table providing an amazing view of the water. Our rooms were about a block away in a different building, but very easy to get to. They were clean, modern and cozy. They are a bit small but... More

Restaurant superb, service brilliant. Booked a superior room with sea view, which turned out to be in an annex 60 yards along the sea front. Initial view was one of great disappointment, especially as we had to climb two flights of outdoor wooden stairs (this would be a real mobility issue), but the room itself with the superb sea view,... Our room had a main room with a loft and was located in the Cottage down the street from the restaurant/hotel. Location to Centre Juno Beach was perfect, as well as walking distance to the ocean and other restaurants. The room however, did not seem to have air conditioning and it was extremely warm in the room as there is... More

We booked two rooms in the Cottage which is set back from the beach and main Hotel. Both rooms were excellent and very reasonably priced. Wifi was available in the Cottage (both rooms), breakfast was the usual mix of croissants, cereals, meats, cheeses you'd expect in the area and was very good. We also used the restaurant on three occasions... More

We stopped off here for a drink on their beach terrace. The waitress could not seem to get the order correct and came with the wrong things. They seem to have an attitude problem in addition to this. The decor in the restaurant area looks lovely, very contemporary but it was completely empty. However It is difficult to find the... More

We booked, as we thought, a room in the hotel from their website, overlooking the sea. When we arrived the hotel looked as per the website, but then we were escorted to our room, over 300 meters away and one street back. Started to get very worried, but then we were given the room, a brand new first class luxury... More

On arrival the staff were very busy with a lunchtime service in the restaurant, but we were checked in quickly and efficiently. The hotel is actually about 300yds from the main restaurant where you check in, so if you have a disability bear this in mind when booking. The rooms were lovely and had a small balcony and an upstairs... More
