I stayed her for 2 nights with family and friends and cannot recommend it enough. The place has been converted from a clay mill into a high quality b&b. We had the entire place to ourselves. The rooms are spacious, clean and finished to a good standard. The owners are friendly welcoming and helpful. And to top it off the... More

Stayed the 3rd week in July for 2 nights. I really liked the casual approach and space around the place. It was very quiet and easy parking for a car. Carbis Warf was a handy place to stay while exploring villages in Cornwall. Anne has owned the place for about 8 years. She and her daughter run it and keep... More

Walk through the front door into the kitchen then from the hall you have 3 bed room and a bathroom, down stairs you have a large living room with 3 large sofas tv and DVD player with french doors to... Stayed here a number of times over the years and it's always been excellent. Accommodation is spacious and very clean. The surroundings are very relaxing and well kept. The family that run Carbis Wharf are really friendly, nothing is too much trouble. They do a fantastic job. We will be back again soon.

Stayed here from the 9th Aug - 16th Aug. The booking was not under my name but my mother-in-laws. The accommodation was spacious and will hold 8 people no problem (although I don't know why the table in the kitchen area has only 6 chairs). Location wise (for us) could have been further down into Cornwall but we knew this... More

I'm 38 years young and I have done a lot of travelling in my time. I stayed here in a 3 bedroom cottage with my family. The cottages are set in the most beautiful surroundings. The facilities are brilliant. The cottage was amazing, very large. I gathered it is a family run business and they are the most nicest and... More

My wife and I booked a room for two nights here as we were visiting family in Roche. Carbis Wharf was so nice that we booked for an additional two nights. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast wonderful (more than we should have eaten). We certainly will stay here again.
