We had a overnight stop and arrived late. Not a good welcoming, the room was very bad and smelly. There supposed to be wifi but the owner of the hotel kept switching it off and even in the lobby the wifi was not working. Also due to the location there was so much noise of truck or a car even... The hotel is nicely situated in the old town's center of Arco, but the 3stars it is proud to have are at least 2too much. The rooms are clean but a little bit obscure, hot water is just warm and barely running, the breakfast included in the room rate is composed of old,bad smelling prosciutto and ugly cake, pulvered coffee...not something you... Lovely charming Italian hotel. I woke up each morning to sound of church bells and views of the mountains. Great staff as well. Food was basic but enjoyable. Only point I would say is that the blankets were dusty but we just took them off.

Just came back from staying 4 nights here on a organised Xmas markets tour. The hotel was in a perfect position for the small town and nice botanical gardens, the more adventurous could walk 30 mins up a steep hill to the castle. The breakfast was very basic tinned fruit ,yogurt, bread, cheese coffee. The evening meals were quite good but not... More

Went in winter on a four day organised Xmas Markets break. The hotel is clean and comtortable and in room15 you even get a second single student type room! Breakfast is the typical cereal, bread, ham, cheese and good coffee...nothing fresh.Dinner was pasta or soup, meat ,fish or veggy (as in Ham And Cheese!) and lovely puds- Semifreddo, Ice Cream... Stayed in this hotel, as part of a coach tour, with my boyfriend. My parents were also on the trip. This hotel is very clean and the bedrooms are perfectly adequate. I would only say that I think the bathrooms could do with a little updating and we had a slight smell from the toilet if the lid was left... More

A small traditional family run hotel in Arco which is about 5km north of Lake Garda/Riva Del Garda. Within walking distance of a small handful of bars and eating places in a mainly residential area. There are a few supermarkets nearby. There is a castle which is accessible via the steep back streets. Beautiful area with lovely buildings and two... More
