We, a group or 15 friends stayed here for two nights. we liked it and I would have rated this hotel high, had not the following happened. When we went to breakfast the second morning, right before traveling on to the coast, some of us did a stupid thing, something I usually never do, we left our bag with money... More

You realized that you have suffered a theft after 24 hours, as per your e-mail and everything it is possible in 24 hours but you have pointed your finger to our hotel, without evidence, only conjectures that no one can confirm and it is easy to point your finger against the Sicilians but since we are an hospitable and honest... My wife and I booked this hotel for the end of October as it was near enough the only one in Castelbuorno, and to our surprise and delight it turned out to be an excellent decision. Even though it is now coming to the end of the season we found the staff, room, breakfast and facilities all to a high... More

I was in this hotel at the begining of the October and I must say that the room was great. Everything was clean , and the food in the restaurant for breakfast was great. Also the fact that in this hotel is free Wi-Fi makes this hotel awesome ! The staff are very friendly which makes this hotel very attractive.

We stayed at Ypsigro two weeks ago and finally We found it amazing. Excellent location, inside the village but very quite. Good breakfast even If they can improve it with local products, excellent cleaning. Smiling people work there, We loved a girl so much, Sarah that helps us to arrange our Trip across the mountains, and then She drove us... More

Visited this hotel in order to see the Targa Florio amidst the Madonie mountains. What a little gem of a town, and a great hotel! The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable, the bathroom excellent. Friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. Castelbuono is such a wonderful town. Its a Madonie foodie lovers heaven. Our stay coincided not only with... More

I visited for a week and although it is a clean hotel and the people working there are polite there was a strange lack of service that i would not have expected at a 4-star hotel. I did not receive the wake-up call i ordered, they weren`t able to explain why they didn`t knock on my door (my Italian is... More

I am currently lodging at this hotel and I must say rooms are clean and spacious BUT the mini refrigirator in the room does not work and keeping in my mind I am travelling with a toddler I find this very inconvenient, i had to leave the bAby food in the hotel kitchen. Also the TV is not working and... More

Castelbuono is a nice village: away from the heat of the coast but still close to the cities, and within reach of the mountains. And it's really cozy. Ypsigro Palace hotel has no disadvantages: everything from beds to breakfast to the way the staff works: great. And above that, the showers are the best we found in hotels ever!

We have only good things to say about this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. They knew it was our honeymoon and they brought champagne to our room! The town is small but very few tourists...this is a true authentic Italian experience. It's about 30 minutes to Cefalu (beach town). We rented a car so it was easy... More

Friendly staff and very helpful. At the reception they spoke very well english. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is OK, bread, cereals and fresh fruits. And if you asked the staff they will prepare you a freshly made coffee. When we stayed there the restaurant of the hotel was closed, but they can advise you some nice restaurants in the... More
