I had stayed here a few months unfortunately, if I was paying I wouldn't ever go here, saying that most nights I went to stay in a friends apartment anyway. Guest relation woman so rude bad attitude and a face that looks like it needs to be slapped. The excursions provided are useless and horrible for example boat trip rammed... More

We were allocated into block A thank goodness as B anc C were apparently filthy . The room was ok but we overlooked a derelict hotel and the slides with broken sunbeds and parasols underneath. We also had the noise of the generator droning on all the time. Our room was only cleaned properly once in 2 weeks towels only... More

Upon arriving at the hotel at 5am, we were taken to block C, even though we had booked block A. We slept there for the few hours, as we were shattered from the journey, with a 4 year old in tow. When we woke up, we found that the door had not locked from the inside and would not lock... More

Just returned from a 7 night stay. Arrive at 1am in the morning and directed to our room in block B. It was a 2 bedroom apartment room which was of a good size. There was a leak in the main shower room so I went to notify the reception staff. They said they would have it looked at in... More

We were taken to block B and onto the 5th floor up in the roof. The size of the room was quite impressive, a bedroom, lounge area with sofa bed and a dated bathroom. The room... More
