Booked a night in this hotel as we arrived around midnight and weren't setting off to Riva until the following morning. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was lovely, a generous size for me and my parents, meaning we both had a separate room. The rooms themselves were very spacious and very clean. There was a... More

Stayed there for one night before flying out of Verona. PROS: 1. Called hotel for free shuttle from Verona Airport and we were picked up within 10 min. Arranged for the same shuttle for 8am for the next day to go to the airport and it was waiting for us on time. 2. Staff is friendly and speaks descent English.... More

The temperature outside was nearly 40 deg C but in the hotel it was well air-conditioned and nearer to 20 deg C: a welcome relief. We stayed one night having booked on the internet. The third floor double room was very cheap but comfortable, cool and quiet. It had every thing a traveler needs except English tv. Food was not... More

The hotel is located perfectly if you travel by car - close to the highway - and you need a place to sleep over. Also we went by car to Verona and Gardaland from there and it didn't take us a lot of time. The hotel is clean, our room was big enough for a family of four. It was... More

We originally booked this hotel for our one night holdover stay in Verona prior to going to the Gardaland Hotel and Resort. Overall a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel to families. We booked the Quadruple Room which to be fair was very very large with a nice bathroom. That's all the good that I'll say about... More

It is OK to stay there if it is only for one night. There is absolutely nothing special about this hotel. We used it on our way back from Germany. The breakfast is horrible but it is like everywhere in Italy, Italians have great food but deplorable breakfast!

Good location, close to highway. Also close to supermarket and Decatlon. Big free car park. Decent price. Very big minus for swimming pool. We have chosen this hotel because our kids loves water and it have indoors swimming pool. When we have tried to go with kids to swimming pool the staff told us that it is for adults only.... More

It looks like a 4-star hotel, the lobby, room and bathroom look like a 4-star hotel, but it is not! We were there for the carnival, and the hotel has an appropiate costume for the ocassion, but service is far below 4 stars hotel standards Even by Italian standards, the breakfast was poor, the food in the restuarant - don't... On My first morning after checking in (I had an early check in) I went to the front desk to ask where the breakfast area was. The girls (they were nice and friendly) at the front pointed me to the restaurant but as I started walking over I hear someone say 'No!' so I turned around and to see who... More

Great Breakfast, nice and clean pool and spa area. The room is 5/10, clean however seems like everything is worn out and old, even though the rest of the hotel looks quite new. Overall a great hotel, the shuttle to the city is very comfortable, restaurant prices are cheap, and the food is great!
