We stayed in a cottage in early June and found the rooms to be clean and a good size with our own well maintained private garden. We were greeted on arrival by impeccably mannered staff who showed us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. The customer service was outstanding and all the staff were particularly... more

Had a disappointing start to this very expensive holiday. Citalia Travel never appeared during our two week stay at the resort, nor were they at airport to greet us as was stated. We booked two adjoining cottage rooms for extended family but found ourselves at opposite sides of the resort with a climb up steep steps between us, with no... more

Lets start with the pros...friendly and attentive staff, very good food that included fresh fish, pastas and out of this world fruits, fantastic beach with no pebbles. The cons...I have to say that when we arrived onto the property both my husband and I were disappointed (the pictures from their website are not what they seem), we were greeted by... more

And additionally the happiness and motivation of the staff is evident and greatly enhanced our experience. Who wouldn’t want to be around such a lively and fun bunch of people! more

If its peace and quite in a stunning location look not further. My family stayed at the hotel during the bank holiday at the end of May and OK I was a little surpised that some of the facilities didnt open until the 1st June (the day we travelled back) however that didnt dent our enjoyment. The staff couldnt do... more

We've just returned from a week (half term week) at the Chia Laguna Hotel and had a really lovely time - again. It was our second stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious and had a fabulous large terrace overlooking the sea. Everything was very clean and the room was serviced twice a day - towels changed twice a... more

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Chia Village. The hotel buildings are set in a picturesque little valley, with the rooms set in lush gardens full of beautiful flowers and twittering birds. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable - we had two bedrooms and an enormous bathroom with bath and shower - perfect. The beach is... more

My wife and I stayed at the Chia Laguna Hotel, for a few days this past month (May 09) and found the hotel to be very nice indeed. The location could not have been any better. 4 or 5 beaches and all within minutes of the hotel. One was ten minutes and you could get to the others using the... more

1wk vacation for family of four (2yr and 10mo old daughters). Stayed in superior cottage room (two adjoining cottage rooms). The room was terrible. The decor is a bit outdated, but we're low maintenance in that regard and don't really care. That wasn't the problem. There were bugs everwhere. Mosquitos, killed a 2in beetle on the wall, and ants all... more

My company held an event here. Do not depend on the wireless connection to work. There is none in the rooms, only the lobby of the main reception which is far from the Hotel I stayed in. We also arranged for a special wireless set up for the building where we were having our main events and it didn't work!!... more
