Had to make a last minute change because I was booked at Apartments Trantincica but there was major construction going on next door. I was very lucky to find this place adjacent to the well known Hotel Degenija which was full. The rooms and bathroom are modern and quiet with a nice terrace. There are two restaurants on the property... More

We stayed at the Villa, that belongs to the hotel Degenija very close to Plitvice. The room we had no 1 was very basic but fine for the night. The room and bathroom is cramped, saw that no 2 is bigger,( but I think much more noise from the road) the shower for minnie and micky mouse and is completely... More

House Loncar is all about customer service. When I mentioned in booking that we were celebrating our anniversary by hiking at the nearby Plitvica Lakes National Park, hotel management warmed our hearts by leaving a Happy Anniversary sign, surrounded by rose petals, on the bed! They also brought a complementary mini bottle of sparkling wine and 2 champagne glasses to... More

We want during close to the peak season last summer, but remember the place was very reasonably priced even for a peak season. We were greeted by an extremely warm host, and I though the rooms were really cozy and comfortable, with a cute small balcony. One of the few places in Croatia where we stayed that had an extensive... More

Not only was House Loncar's staff extremely accommodating for us after we were a day late checking in (due to delayed flights), but when we got to our room there were rose petals and a sign wishing us a happy anniversary. SO nice and thoughtful. Close to the lakes, cute and quiet. Loved it!

Technically, this little guest house is part of the Hotel Degenija, which worked out just fine. There are probably 4 or 5 rooms in the guest house, part of the hotel complex, with a fridge for guest use. My room had a great veranda, facing west, so I caught the afternoon sun. The hotel restaurant is right next door, and... More

We spent 2 days at this small Guest House. We initially wanted to stay at the Hotel Degenija next door but we booked late and there was no room, but up popped House Loncar! This is a kind of separate annex in a villa. We had our 20 year old son in tow and we were able to get an... More
