Travelled to Corfu and was told by taxi driver that hotel had closed. Drove to the Hotel whilst trying to contact Alpha Rooms emergency number to find out whether this was true and where they had booked for us, number was not answered. Found alternative number and after numerous calls discovered we had been booked into Telemachos in Dassia, probably... More

The room, and in particular the bathroom, was quite basic. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area got very crowded but there are plenty of cafes nearby that have pool that have a lot more space. The hotel is in a good location as you can easily walk to the main town area or... More

Took my young daughter here for a break together and we had a great time. There was bit of a mix up with our room on arrival but this was put right the very next morning and we were moved without any problems. We stayed on a half board basis and I wouldn't complain about either the food or the... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutly loved it! It is so close the beach and the hotel staff are wonderful. The swimming pool is amazing, so clean and well looked after by the staff. There are some fantastic restaurants a short walk from the hotel if you fancy dining out. The restaurant in the hotel isnt bad either. Breakfast... More

We didn't eat in the hotel so I can't comment on the food side of things the rooms very basic but very comfortable, air conditioned and cleaned everyday. Would stay at Beis beach again! Staff... Two weeks of half board, room was clean and fairly comfortable, tv did not work, no tea making facilities. Food not very good, self service like being at butlins in the 70's. Staff polite and generally helpful. Dont wash anything as the water is brown and stains your clothes, main pool not as big as the photo suggests. I suggest... More

My family and I had a pleasent trip to Beis Beach, which by no means a luxary hotel, but delivers what you pay for. The rooms were of a good standard and we were provided with a clean baby cot for out 10 month year old. Probably my only grip was the food, not due to quality (again what you... More

Well the title describes exactly my experience at this hotel… The structure is not too bad, nice sunsets I agree, but the real problem is the service and management. The Staff are very impolite with some exceptions. I stayed there in begging of June and just now had some time to put my review… I should have done it before... More

I went to Beis Beach this summer (July/2012). My first impression was not good. We booked a room with sea view and they gave us a garden view. Just the next day we could move to a kind of “side” sea view room because we had another apartment in front of us. So, we never got a room with “really... More
