We booked this on the basis of good tripadvisor reports, and I can still see why many other reviewers saw positives. Unfortunately we had several negatives which meant we ended up only staying one of the 2 nights booked - to their credit the Hotel did not make a fuss about this - but they were aware of our issues.... We choose this hotel because of the situation and the price. Perfect spot to visit Napoli, Pompeï, Herculanum, Vesuvio and Sorento. A wonderful view on the Napoli bay, a good bar but a disappointed diner. Although the waiters are becoming friendly after you tip them. You may be scared driving from the autostrada to the hotel as the neighborhood looks... More

We had a great time at the Andris hotel! The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The only negative is you are far from everything. One of the staff members introduced us to guiseppe and he drove us all around Amalfi coast for a decent fee!! He was nice and friendly. He even took us to his town... More

We stayed there for one night. Definitely good value for money. The room was big and clean. Nice staff. Very well located to visit Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The restaurant was disappointing though: we arrived late so there was hardly any choice left and food quality was poor.

Stayed for three nights from the 03.09.2014, only booked night before so not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is a modern, smart, welcoming place, with great service in all areas, a superb view from the room (over the bay of naples). A great dining room that again has wonderful views, the bay and over the pool area.... More

The Andris Hotel has two positive qualities: a friendly bartender and a great location (Mt. Vesuvius, Pompeii, Napoli and south west Italy as well). Points of improvement: - dinner was a disappointment as the food was expensive for a burnt mystery meat on a stick and a cream of mushroom soup with pasta in it. Customer service - The server... Dear Guest I read your comment and I was very surprised: I remember very well when, at the reception, you talked with me about your disappointment due to the use of the swimming cap, I explained you the reason why it is necessary to use it and then I asked if there were any other problem. Your answer was negative.... More

Great position for a hotel. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the town and a short drive to the motorway. The views of the Bay of Naples are stunning from the hotel and hotel looks modern and clean. Breakfast was very good and there are lots of comfortable places to just sit down and chill out around the... More

Most times the people who help you at the hotel make the hotel fantastic. In this case it is both the hotel location and the people who work at the hotel who make this place great. I have stayed several days here with friends, and we can't say enough good things about the place. It would be my top choice... More

Hotel is best choice if you want to discover Pompei, Napoli and Vesuvio. It is like hotels from north of Italy, clean and comfortable. Hotel has lovely swiming pool and ok connection to centar of Napoli. Breakfast was only ok.

Friendly staff and a great location. We stayed here our first night in Italy prior to exploring Mt. Vesuvius. The hotel restaurant overlooking the cliff side was wonderful (there was a local wedding reception going on there at the same time) and reasonably priced. The room accommodations were better than expected and the grounds/pool area had plenty of options for... More
