Las Torres is a great place from which to visit the Torres national park but it does have a few flaws. Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable and I would say the food was fine without being exceptional. The breakfasts were adequate but no more. Service was a bit mixed but generally OK. As other reviewers have said, the guides... More

The location is second to none, to wake up with dozens of horses grazing in front of your hotel window a beautiful sight. The staff in general friendly, but not all of them to the same extent. The food in the restaurant mostly very good, but the lunch packs very average. The rooms are small but comfortable, prices at the... More

The Torres del Paine in Patagonia, Chile must be viewed, explored and taken in over several days. We enjoyed it for 3 days which seemed to be plenty. It is worth exploring on the internet how these massive slate topped, granite peaks were formed... alternatively, you can learn this at the tourist info building inside the park. From a drive... A great location. The rooms are adequate, food average but what makes up for that are the guides. They are so knowledgeable and interesting. Did a half day trek and came across a newly killed carcass. Saw 16 condors circling above us. Felt you could reach and touch them they were so near. It was a bit chaotic in the... More

We visited the hotel at the end of 2015. The location is amazing and we could say one of the most beautiful places that we have visited. Having said that, the experience at the hotel was bizarre, to say the least. Let me mention some issues: 1. Some of the guides are reckless to the point that our safety was... More

This place has location over anything else. It is in a spectacular place, and there is a wonderful benefit to being inside the park of Torres del Paine for a stay. We spent 4 nights with an extended family of 9 (including adult children). For the quality of the rooms, it is VERY expensive, but it has a monopoly. The... More

We have just spent three nights at the Las Torres Patagonia with an all inclusive package. The package covered our room, all meals, alcohol and organised, very comprehensive day trips thru the national park. Our room was a large suite, complete with jacuzzi and magnificent views of the mountain. A lovely room. The many staff were all exceptional, nothing was... More

We spent a most wonderful couple of days here and now wish we had stayed longer. Everything about the stay, from the rooms, the staff, the hotel setting and the range of activities was second to none. We are already thinking of when we can return! 😀 Rob and Sue Green

We stayed on an all-inclusive package which included all food and excursions. When we arrived at lunchtime we were offered a trip in the afternoon which we hadn't expected. The trip organisation was efficient and lots of choice. Groups sizes were small and the guides were very knowledgeable. The food was of a really good standard and lots of choice.... More

We stayed here five nights. It is quite expensive for the quality of the rooms and food. However, the location can't be beat. There is wifi in the common spaces but it doesn't work very well, if at all, in the rooms. The views from the common spaces were great. The lunch/ dinner food was mediocre at best but the... More
