We stayed there for one night and drove there in a car. It was very hot in the hotel, because for some reason the heaters were on full blast when it was 16C (60F) outside. We tried to get a fan, but there weren't any available. However, the staff searched high and low and finally managed to pull out an... More

This hotel is located at the beginning of an epic hiking trek. Perfectly situated for hiking to the famous towers in Torres Del Paine. The hotel is nice and clean. Our room was small and basic, however it provided a comfortable bed to rest after an amazing day of hiking. As I mentioned everything is small and the bathtub was... More

We stayed here 2 nights with our tour group in Torres de Paine. The room was fine The view our of our window was amazing. We saw foxes around the hotel. The breakfast was really good. I would definately stay here again. Most of our group stayed in the Refugio, and I am very glad we did not. We ate... More

We spent 4 nights and had many wonderful experiences with the guides in the park, delicious meals in the restaurant, and vistas and wildlife that were breathtaking. Weigh the cost of inclusive compared to pay as you go. It felt expensive, but worth the investment to have a perfect holiday.

Stayed in a Canelo Room. Room was small and the walls thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking and coughing. The window in my room #32 was loose and banging when the wind blew. On the 2nd night I stuffed a piece of cardboard in the latch area to prevent movement. Room close to lobby so... More

We were a group of 7, we stayed for 6 nights, and we made it to the base of Torres del Paine!! Great service, warm and friendly people, great food, fantastic maitre Daniel Velasquez, cook Cristian Urrutia. Both went beyond and above to please us. Great drinks in the bar and friendly waitresses and waiters. I would go back anytime. The... More

Hotel is central to the park, in a location which faces the Torres. Rooms were comfortable and many amenities provided. Everything is rustic using trees and wood for decor because we are in the wilderness. Food from the bar was fine, they didn't have all the drinks there were supposed to in this äll inclusive" package. Food in the dining... More

It is one of the few hotels in the national park. It location is the best thing about this hotel. You can start trekking\hiking from the hotel door step. I suggest talking all inclusive package to enjoy all the facilities. Rooms are nice. The activities included in all-inclusive are good. Food it very tasty. Ala carte menu is better than... More

To begin with, I would like to explain that this hotel is the most central hub in the whole park to take hiking, horse riding, or any other type of tour. The rooms were great, aging but well kept, although the rooms vary, so the experience may differ. The food from the bar was average, but the food from the... More
