The hotel is winderful and compliments the landscape beautifully. The view from all rooms is fabulous. The hotel itself was perfect for what our family wanted. It offers a great comfortable place to stay for those of us who do not want to camp but still be able to hike and enjoy Patagonia. The service was fantastic and all staff... More

Tierra Tierra Patagonia gave us a great surprise. We had already stayed with then in Atacama but the Tierra Patagonia is away better that the first hotel in the north of Chile. The architecture of the place in amassing. The location is great (despeite you have to drive a little more time to arrive on the great trails of the... More

The design and location of this lodge are stunning--elegant, pristine, minimalist and burmed into a hill with a very low visual impact on the landscape. The views from the room are magnificent, really ditto what others have said. The excursions were wonderful, but my one recommendation would be to have the organizers be more open to adjusting the excursions day... More

You have to work to get here: either a grueling trip from Argentina complete with horrible customs on Argentine side; or, a 4+ hours drive from Punta Arenas which at least is picturesque. But, all is forgotten when the great peaks come into view and then the elegant hotel tucked wonderfully into the landscape. The hotel is mostly wonderfully worked... More

The Hotel is stunning! The architecture, the interiors, the rooms, the views... Amazing! You wake up in a room facing the mountains of Torres del Paine, with a beautiful lake in front of you. The common areas are absolutely beautiful. The spa is a must. Service is superb. Great rooms. The guides are very well prepared, really nice and engaging.... More

My birthday treat a couple of weeks ago, amazing... Great facilities, excellent food / bar, very friendly staff, superb views from very comfortable rooms. Prepare your trip and make sure you bring the right kit - each day brings unexpected weather. Tell everybody you will be incomunicado while out there - poor internet, understandably. I wish there were a kettle... More

Everything about our short trip here was truly wonderful and I would happily have stayed much longer. The hotel itself is set on a bluff and completely made from local wood, it was spectacular in itself. The bedrooms were excellent and each with the totally amazing view of the Torres del Paine. They were fully equipped as you would expect... More

We spent 4 days here in October and couldn't have been more pleased with our room, the food, the staff, and the services. Who doesn't like waking up to a stunning view of the lake and mountain range? The guides and drivers were exceptional on our daily outings throughout this park. We typically don't stay in this much luxury, but it... More

We spent 3 nights there, as a family of 4 adults & 3 children. Long drive from Punta Arenas, but comfortable & interesting. Will be better when Puerto Natales airport reopens. Very, very comfortable rooms, extremely good service in the bar & restaurant, good food, free drinks, day and half-day tours arranged to suit our wishes. (See their website for... More

A once in a lifetime experience. A stunning hotel with exceptional service and an all-inclusive way to see the incredible Torres Del Paine Park in Chile. We did full day hikes, half day hikes, and horseback riding. All superbly organized with professional guides. From our room we saw guanacos (llama like animals, Rhea (like ostriches) and a fox. They are... More
