We were very happy with our 5 night stay over Christmas. We had a connecting rooms on the first floor when we checked in and all was fine until around 10 pm when the guest in the room above us decided to walk back and forth with heels for almost 90 minutes. We had reached the Tierra after almost 2.5... More

I had booked 3 nights for January at Tierra Patagonia. My wife and I were really looking forward to the trip, as Patagonia looks beautiful and the hotel seemed amazing. The reviews could not have been more positive. Unfortunately, we were not able to go, so I can't comment on the stay. However, the customer service is amazing. Josefina was... More

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and the location and architecture is amazing. The rooms are very nice and the view to the Torres del Paine exceptionally. It is a wonderful place with only very few con's. The organisation of the excursions could be better. They try to make them individually but we sometimes got the impression that it... More

Tierra Patagonia is one of those truly special places in this world. From the moment, we entered the building, all of us wanted to stay forever. The architecture is stunning and captures the breathtaking views of the Paine Massif and the lake, with occasional condors circling outside the windows. The rooms were very luxurious, showcasing the rugged and wind-swept environment,... More

Tierra Atacama is a really well run hotel. It merges into the landscape - even the sheep graze on the sloping roofs. The views are simply stunning - the Torres del Paine Massif in all its magnificence. Food good if a little rich for my taste. They had the same problem with WiFi as Tierra Atacama possibly because the hotels... More

Tierra Patagonia was overall an incredible experience. The architecture of the building was very unique. It was built to fit into the landscape and showcase the wind of Patagonia. All windows in the building featured stunning views of the lake and mountains. The wood in all areas of the hotel was amazing. The rooms were beautiful yet simple. The bathtub... More

The initial approach on to the Tierra Patagonia land is really spectacular. Considering the landscape is a UNESCO world heritage site, its understandable that the approach is one of the most breathtaking sites in the world. As you get close to Tierra Patagonia the outside is a bit underwhelming. This sounds negative, but its not. The architect did a great... More

I cannot add anything meaningful to describe the beauty of the area or the hotel design that is not provided by other reviewers, but I'd like to offer my two cents in regards to a few concerns referenced in negative reviews. To those who are unfamiliar with the area, the hotel is in a remote location so occasionally excursion or... More

Yes, I have read some reviews from fellow contributors complaining that 100% of the staff didn’t speak fluent English. High-roller Ruby Yao states, “Only the headwater spoke rather fluent English. The rest are struggling and as a result we as guests are as well.” But now, that makes me question whether these guests were devoid of a finger and a... More
