Though outside the boundaries of the national park location is excerpt with outstanding views of the lake and the Paine towers. In fact it turned out to be an advantage as the trip from the airport, already quite long, ended up being 45 minutes shorter. Rooms are good, though I do not understand why they insist on not having wifi... More

This hotel and spa is extraordinary in many ways. The building itself is an understated work of art - a beautiful contemporary design of light wood settled into the land so that you can barely detect it as man-made until you arrive at the door. The other side of the building is all glass, offering a long stretch of the... More

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights on our honeymoon and it was the most spectacular sight we have ever seen. All windows lead to the mountain peaks and the torres (granite towers) next to the mountains and the beautiful Sarmiento Lake. They offer great excursions that fit the needs of everyone - van tours, short hikes, and long... More

You can't ask for better view. Everything about the hotel and it's surrounds is wonderful. The quality of the service, the food and tours were exceptional. We stayed there for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The best of this hotel was the employees. The waiters, bartenders, room service personal were amazing. But I want to make a special comment... If the spectacular Torres del Paine was not enough, this hotel seals the deal. melding into the landscape, you hardly realise that it is there till you are at the front door. The sheep grazing freely on the sloping walls adds to the camouflage. Fantastic design ensures The stunning views are front and centre from all common areas and rooms.... More

This was memorable - and for all the right reasons. This was a perfect holiday and will remain one of my best memories. Everything about this hotel and it's surrounds is wonderful. It is serene, romantic, stunning and the staff and how it is run is superb. The scenery is magnificent which was enhanced by the quality of the guide... More

I have stayed in a wide selection of hotels across six continents. My partner and I chose to splurge on this hotel based on the TA reviews. We were not disappointed and in fact it has now taken the spot of my favourite. Well done to Mauricio and his colleagues! Every attribute of our 4-night stay was wonderful - the... More

We recently spent 4 nights here. Although pricey, there is NOTHING extra to spend once you paid the room rate. All food, open bar and guide services are included. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is top quality and as much as you want whenever you want. There is an open bar for cocktails, wine, beer and whatever... More

Have just spent four nights at this gorgeous property just outside of the national park. It is a stunning property! From the managers to the guides to the wait staff as well as the behind the scenes staff all was wonderful. Special thanks to Jocy the terrific guide and Pablo the puma spotter and Jonathon the wine pourer and excellent... More

Like everyone else has said, the hotel was amazing. Incredible location - believe it is better than being inside the park. We were there for 6 nights in April 2014 - in between a 2 night stay at Matetic Vineyard and 1 night in Santiago (part of the Tierra 3 destination special). It was a great trip. Our driver picked...
