A stunningly beautiful hotel designed to fit into the surrounding environment, which is does. Walk down to the lake and it disappears before your very eyes. Lovely, comfortable rooms with amazing views. The hotel accommodated all our hiking and tour requests, which are included in the pricing. Every one of our guides was friendly and professional. Watching the rhea and... More

The cost of this hotel is outrageous but it is worth it. Everything is included including all meals, all drinks (except special drinks), excursions with excellent guides and very importantly the transfers to and from Punta Arenas or Calafate. But that is to focus on the nitty gritty. The important thing here is that this hotel is completely unique in... More

Tierra Patagonia is beautifully situated adjacent to Parc Nacional Torres del Paine. It is an all inclusive property (including drinks and wine) catering to those who wish to see the stunning park but don't want to be roughing it with the backpackers hiking the W. Most of the hikes/tours/adventures are also included. Extra charges are generally only for tours that... More

This is a world class Lodge where the very high accommodation costs include absolutely everything - including all food, all drinks and all treks and tours. It is a paradise for those who love hiking and want to see scenery which is out of this world. The vista from our bedroom window over the lake to Los Cuernos and Torres... More

I stayed 3 nights and the view and location worth it. The room was nice, large and comfortable. clean but not perfectly maintained as should be expected from this hotel. The team is friendly, speak English and always ready to help. The food was good. Menu short but I could order outside the lines. No mobile service in the area... More

It is a long way to get to the hotel but it is worth it. Not only are the views breath taking but the level of service given by all staff is amazing. Reception ready at the end of a long drive there with your forms making it easy to check in, the manager herself taking you to your room... More

After paying so much for a three nites stay, our expectations were: a first class service; great food and flexible excursions. But the facilities and food, in our opinion below a 5 stars hotel. The excursions were not explained well. Unlike the Explora, they do not own a boat and any excursion involving a boat ride is always full. One... More

When the manager opened the blind in our room, I knew we were in a very special place, the view is breathtaking and the design and lay out of the hotel are belonging to the best in the world. All staff are genuinely nice, we interacted of course mostly with the guides and the staff in the restaurant. The guides... More

A lot has been said about this hotel. There is really nothing bad to say about this place, it is amazing in every respect. But I'll try to add to this through our experience traveling as a family of four with 2 younger children ages 3 and 6. The location is hard to access. We were traveling from Canada and... More

This place is gorgeous and the service is wonderful. I loved my stay there! The food could use some help and variety but everything else was wonderful! Pelin is the best guide and the excursions were simply gorgeous.
