Views are amazing, Location is beyond belief. Nothing like being surrounded by the mountains of Patagonia and staying in a comfortable bed if you don't like camping. No TV's in the room, not that you need that when you are out here. One complaint is the buffet seems overpriced for what you get. There is variety, but nothing too amazing.... More

We stayed in this lovely hotel while visiting Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. The rooms and bathrooms were nice sized and the view was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. Meals were buffet-style with excellent fresh choices.

Excellent hotel just outside the entry gate to Toores del Paine National Park in a beautiful, peaceful setting (just see the pictures). Group travel (bus tours) seems to be more popular in this remote area with its beautiful landscapes, but the hotel manages somehow pretty good (e.g. separate times and dedicated areas in the restaurant) to give the individual travellers... The superior rooms offer a breath-taking view of the mountains, so it's well worth the upgrade. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The food was good. Breakfast is a buffet and there are mid size tour groups that might be staying there. Lunch is a buffet in the main dining area or down in the bar you can get a... More

We upgraded to a superior room, so we looked out over the lake and mountains. The hotel is large and most of the tour operators stay here. It is clean and the rooms are large and well decorated. The problem is the lack of staff for the people that are there. We waited over half an hour just to get... More

Stayed 2 nights...and it was simply perfect luxury stay. Unbelievable views, goood food and great rooms! Only drawback is that a la carte menu is not available for dinners, forcing you to choose the buffet only. Staff is great, very attentive and accommodating to whims as well :-)

Torres Del Paine National Park, Chile is located in one of the most beautiful remote and untouched parts of South America. If you are looking for luxury, stay in Buenos Ares or Santiago. If you are looking for a hotel that is surrounded by beautiful Patagonia and is clean has good food and views to die for - don't hesitate... More

Right in the middle of Torres del Paine National Park with outstanding views in each direction. Upscale, yet rustic rooms, all with views, free internet and a great buffet breakfast. There is also a small workout facility and a hot tub. This is great place to base your activities while trekking in the National Park of Chile.

For the price you pay, it's supposed to be better. The good: -perfect location, just outside the park -great view -bar at the hotel is really good -good breakfast The bad: -horrible service, no one helps at anything -bad restaurant, expensive with really average food -room ok, but I expect more for the price -no wifi in the room, just... Located on the edge of the National Park this is a beautifully located hotel which stands facing the 'Cuernos del Paine' which is truly an amazing sight of granite mountains. The area surrounding the hotel is completely natural with ancient forest and winding river. The area is known for windy weather which does blow very hard at times. The rooms... More
