私たちが泊まった部屋は4階の和洋室でしたが、大きな窓から阿蘇5岳が見えます。お料理は和会席でしたが、地元の料理はとても美味しかった。源泉かけ流しの個別風呂があるので、いいお湯でした。風呂の種類も多く、料理も品数が多く、凄く満足しました。ただ中国からツアーが多くて、ちょっと気になりました。(凄くうるさかったのに、ホテルのスタッフは全然....) We stayed the room of Japanese-Western of 4th floor, that we could see Aso volcano via large windows. The dinner was Kaiseki and the local cuisine was very delicious. This is the first time i've stayed in a Ryokan. The food to me was nice, both dinner and breakfast, especially the onsen egg in the morning, a little cold but very tasty. We stayed in a Japanese Ryokan style room for four, which is not really recommended, i'd never stay again as it is not really comfortable to sleep... More

This is a hotel who offers proper onsen experience to the guests. The beautiful mountain range of Aso is in view from every room. The package they offer is reasonable and suitable for group and family holiday. They make no adjustment to the temperature to the natural spring. Some guests say it is not warm enough for winter.
