The hotel looks very nice, at a first glance you might think you're at a 5 star hotel. But this is an average hotel in the 40 US Dollar price class so this makes it an average hotel as I paid 50 or 60 US per night I was in my room during the night and every 10 minutes the... More

We got the chance to book one of the top suites for a very fair price (70USD). We got a nice spacious room on the rooftop. Each of the rooms on the top floor was like a mini apartment with TV, bath, shower, safe,... Staff is friendly but it seems that the place doesn't get a lot of business since... More

Spent two nights here as a base for touring Southern Laos. This is the only reason you would stay in Pakse as there is not much in the city itself Room was average. The bed was comfortable and clean but the floorboards in the room creaked badly and start to annoy you after a while. The view of the river... More

Great location overlooking the Mekong river. We had a premier room for 5 nights at a cost of $120 a night which was fine except room cleaning was poor eg tea bags were not replenished, fresh fruit on day one and that was that. the only sign of room cleaning was the bed had been made. Buffet breakfast was totally... More

The hotel was an aging building but that did not take away the magnificent feature of the building sitting grandlly over looking Pakse town ,also overlooking the Mekong river. The hotel is only 45 minutes away from the laos ,Thai border which is very handy The service was average, the room average for the price , the swimming pool, two... More

I think this is a biggest hotel in Pakse which can be easily see. The room is clean and bright. After I came acroos the door room, the first thing I saw is a beautiful sunset. In a room, there are all facility that you need such as tv, air-conditioner and hair dryer. They also provide free instant coffee and... More

Location & first impression: ===================== The hotel is outside the city centre (approx. 2 km / 1.25mls) on the ramp of the Nippon-Lao bridge. They have a very large cooled entry hall, just the right thing after a long day on the hot river. Hotel hallways are wide and light not those dark long corridors that you sometimes get. We... More

The rooms are 3 star standard with 5 star outlook over river. Surprisingly good TV channels such as HBO and Australia channel. Fantastic large pool in lovely setting. Small gym not that flash. Breakfast really good with lovely meals and good Laotian bread. Location is good in that it is near big market that has a food court with local... More
