This would have to be the second time that i've stayed at this hotel in one of their premier rooms within a period of 12 months and all I can say is this place needs better maintenance within the rooms and not just the lobby. Unfortunately on this occasion, the room that we stayed in was of poor quality and... More

After Tadlo Lodge which was the ultimate pits I felt like a royalty coming to civilisation when we arrived in the hotel. However, in comparison with other world hotels it falls short on cleaning, maintenance and general management. It is a 4 star hotel and as such it really has great big rooms with good bathroom amenities. Beds are uncomfortable... More

This hotel is the best in Pakse but it could be so much better. We had a suite (9th floor) so the space was superb, the view great but cleanliness in this region and staff attentiveness is poor. In the lobby and the breakfast room Mosquitos gathering waiting for their breakfast, dinner what ever they can get. It is safer... More

The hotel is definately the best in Pakse. The resturant is equally as good. We stayed on the 7th floor so the view was excellant. It is a botique style hotel with very overpriced offerings for handicrafts that can be purchased in the local markets more reasonably.

The room itself was lovely & clean, with wonderful views of the river and bridge, but the bed was too hard for me that I had difficulties sleeping. The room was booked with a rollaway but it took 3 phone calls to get a rollaway bed into the room. (Both times that we stayed here! And there was only 1... More

Very nice hotel with the following pros: - Wifi free - Great view on the river (ask for a room with a view to the river) - Comfortable mattresses - nice breakfast but no Nutella Disadvantages: Away from the city Of course there are many good hotels in the city, but if you are not interested for seeing the city... This place has so many qualities that could make it a grand stay..sadly it's not. Cons: -This place advertises free wifi but really it's only in the lobby and even then it's terrible at best. -The staff is very unattentive and no one smiles. Getting them to do small things is a chore. -The place is outdated and needs renovating.... More

Very undecided about this review. We stayed in a premium suite for 3 nights. Pro's: the larger room on the 9th floor (river side) was stunning. It had a king sized bed, full bathroom, lounge, bar and second toilet. TV had many English channels and you could play USB. Rooms were very clean. The location was great for the markets,... More

Struggled with this review. It is difficult to describe how the building has all of the features you would expect, it's dirty and needs a good clean, the floor boards are a bit loose and shower curtains have long departed, but you can get over that. The thing that really got me, was no one smiled. Everyone seemed gruff, or... More

The rooms offer great views of the Mekong, and the staff at the cafe-restaurant speak good English and are very helpful. Aside from these two attributes, I have very little to recommend about this hotel. The room I was in had a damp, mouldy smell. The day I checked in, there was a face towel flung carelessly over the shower... More
