I mean what kind of stupid design to put see through glass as the bathroom wall. Might be OK for family if no other choice. The food is so so. Room is quite hot that my friend want to leave the card inside to keep it cool.

Arriving from KL at midnight. Welcomed by a very unfriendly male front desk officer. Everything was terribly disappointing from the first word spoken and his body language. Where is customer service? Room assigned couldn't be opened due to the faulty room door lock. Waiting for ages for maintenance guy putting too much unnessary effort opening the door. He still haven't... More

It costs RM200 per night, but it's so hot in the room that I need to borrow my great grandmother's fan! Good thing my great grandmother let me to borrow her fan or else it would've been sooo hot. But even with the fan it was hot. It wasn't easy to fall asleep.

I have stayed 2 nights last week. I have been cheated by them as earlier they said provide the wifi with internet. But during 3 days 2 night stay there, the wifi can connect to AP but no internet services. Very frustrated. The bathroom not islamic friendly. The bathroom has glass and people in the room can actually see your... More

I've been visiting this hotel since 2012. It was pretty impressive in 2012 but as years goes by, the hotel is getting worst due to poor maintenance. Air cond doesn't seems to regular service. This round stay was not very pleasant. Room not really clean. Hair dryer not working.

A much further downscale in terms of star ratings compared to BP's more luxurious and classy hotels, but what it lacks thereof it makes up in terms of its relatively newer furnish. A striking resemblance in its facade to the other sprawling hotels in BP, this rectangular veneer stands out from the rest by planting itself strategically in the newer... More

This is a good alternative hotel to stay in Batu Pahat. Strategic place and near to many shops in the city centre. About 8 mins drive from Batu Pahat Mall. The room is clean. However, indoor parking space is quite limited but they have an ample outdoor parking space just beside the hotel across the road. Breakfast is simple. Not... More

We patronised the hotel during the Chinese New Year. Rooms was spacious and bathroom is too. However the room sound proofing is bad. Can hear whats going on outside and next room. The bed mattress has also hard and you can feel the coil. Other than that all is good and they have very friendly staffs.

Stayed for 3 nights. The check in is quite smooth. The room is quite small. The bathroom and the wardrobe shared the same sliding door. The bathroom has glass and people in the room can actually see your shadows when taking a bath. The TV channels are lousy. Nothing much. However, the location is good.
