The check in was easy with parking right outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but large enough, the double bed was comfortable. There was no in room fridge though and the room was not sound proof with outside hall noise very audible. There is free Wi-Fi, a small 24-28 TV with some cable channels, the... More

This is another hotel meant for business men and for those who have training courses. The hotel is quite decent in the sense that it is good for two people. It has the usual amenities like coffee but no tea, 2 bottles of drinking water and a kettle to boil water. For those who like to take their food outside,... More

Stayed in this hotel for one night to attend a workshop held there. The hotel opened in 2012, is about a 5-minute drive to the town centre or the famous scenic Lake Gardens. There are two convenience stores within walking distance – 7 Eleven store and a Mini Market. There is not much eatery nearby the hotel. This hotel with... More

However im not so lucky during my stay because there was some event held there and they was having karaoke session. The hotel management was so stupid they crank up the volume to full blast. I was trying to get some rest but could not do it because of the noise. I know a lot of other visitora get irritated... More

This is my first time checking in this hotel. It is unexpectedly good in location and offers a good choice of breakfast range. The room rate is, however, a bit on the high price for a hotel rated at 3 star especially the deluxe room. The wifi was weak during our stay despite it was available.

We didn't have high expectations as we only needed a place to stay while we enjoyed Taiping. Surprisingly good experience. Staff were very courteous and request for change of pillow was fulfilled immediately. We took the tripple sharing room. It was clean and spacious. Morning breakfast had a reasonable array of foods, although the omelette must hold the world record... More

We spent three nites here during the last Raya Haji break. We took three rooms - 1 suite and 2 superior, all on upper floors since it gives an impeccable view of the hills - the Taiping we love. One slight disappointment is the hollow design of the hotel with the swimming pool down below - hence whenever there's a... More

The hotel was impressive from a near distance and had a large and also quite impressive foyer area. We were the only ones there to check in but the process took at least 20 minutes. The room was drab but spacious, the bed very firm as were the pillows. The room had a very strong and irritating chemical smell and... More

The staffs are friendly and warm greeting. there is no lift from the car park to lobby. you have to put all your luggage at lobby before you park your car, otherwise you have to hand carry your luggages all the way to lobby. My room at level 7, quite high enough to see the view of taiping. The room... More
