Set among tea plantations in a valet 30min walk from the start to Adams Peak. Friendly hosts who provided us with excellent meals. Large clean & well appointed rooms with balconies looking out over the valley.Only slight was that the toilet leaked but we were assured that this would rectified. Good value and to be recommended .

Good place for Adam's Peak, though on the pricey side, much better to jusr arrive esp out of season and bargain with the hotel owners.... many half the price of this place. Host good and food ok and plentiful. Don'bother to get up at 2am to climb peak, esp out of season, low cloud & rain.Bus outside door at 8... More

Arrived to a warm Welcome, building is colourful and well kept. Dining room for breakfast dinner, coffee has an incredible view. Pradeepan so kindly carried our heavy luggage down multiple flights and up again. Prebu got up early to see us off when we said we would leave at 3 am to walk to adams peak. He is an experienced... Stayed at Slightly Chilled for two nights back in April and loved it. The guy who runs it is really friendly, the rooms and spacious and clean and the breakfasts are really generous and fresh. Only thing I’d say is that we called ahead to book and spoke to the wife of the owner, who quoted us $50 per night... More

I was quite upset about this place, i phoned them to check if they had a room and they asked me to book online for 65 $ a night! This is ridiculus price for what they offer! The food wasn't very good and i got sick from it plus if you order extra food like lunch or a sandwich for... More

We had a great time with friendly staff who suggested some nice walks to go and explore the tea plantation after we'd climbed Adam's peak. It's a nice guest house with good rooms (our double room had two double beds!) and fantastic views of Adam's peak and the river and valley below it. The included breakfast is great and exactly... We stayed a few days at slightly chilled and wish we stayed a bit longer in retrospect. The owners and staff were extremely kind and helpful without being insisting in any way whatsoever. They have great food, which you can also take with you for climbing Sri pada/adam's peak. Rooms were comfortable. Rates were including breakfast and dinner, but to... More

We went to Dalhousie for Adam's Peak. The location of the hotel is perfect and views are amazing. Our room had a amazing view and a great balcony. However, the hotel needs work ( better cleaning, painting, bathroom update, etc.). The service was ok, but not as good as we are use to in Sri Lanka. Food was generaly cold,... More

The food served (lunch, diner and breakfast) was excellent. Rooms decent: clean and good beds. View from the balcony was just awesome! It was a pity that the staff could give us more information about the climb to Adam's Peak. We got there on a Saturday and it was very busy with pelgrims! They should have advised to leave early...
