We stayed at the Alodia hotel Dec 1-4, 2014 in the Encina suite at the recommendation of the owner, Eva (who speaks beautiful English, a lovely benefit in this small mountain village). She echoed the same sentiment of reviewers here that it had the most spectacular view and would be worth the extra cost. When we walked into this charming... More

You would be crazy not to stay here. it is an amazing property in an amazing town in some of Spain’s most wonderful countryside. I stayed in the Olivio suite. It is amazing, so well designed, beautiful decor and excellent attention to detail. Perfectly located within the special village of Alquezar. I was travelling on a motorbike, and Jose Luis... More

Casa Alodia was the perfect, cozy place to stay during our visit to Alquezar (a must, such a lovely town!). We stayed in the Encina suite located at the top floor, with beautiful views of the town and the castle. We had such a nice time enjoying the view from our terrace. The room - or rather I should call it... More

The accommodation was amazing. Beautiful, stylish and a little whimsical. A view to die for. Breakfast was wonderful and delivered with class. Staff were fantastic to deal with but left us to our own devises so we felt we had some privacy. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough.

This is a fine example of classic design with modern convenience. We upgraded to the upstairs room and were rewarded with uninterrupted views of Alquezar and the old convent. The breakfast was unbelievably good - the best we have had anywhere. Staff were very helpful and offered a personalised service that included help with parking (you have to park a... More

We stayed here for 8 days for canyoning adventures with our 2 daughters. The house is beautiful, Jose Luis is a fantastic host, and the village of Alquezar is amazing. I hope to return soon and I will of course stay at Alodia every time I visit.

If you are going to visit Alquezar, and why wouldn't you it has a beautiful mediviel city, and the most amazing outdoor adventures in the area. The family that owns and runs this hotel were the most amazing and accomadating people I have met in Europe in my many travels. My family has alot of dietary challenges between Celliac and... More

We stayed at the Alodia last week en route from San Sebastian to The Costa Brava. What a find ! It is a beautifully equipped boutique hotel (with only 4 rooms) in a fabulous setting with great views over Alquezar. We had the large room with balcony and upstairs bathroom (accessed using a spiral staircase). Contrary to previous reviews we... More

An incredible hotel with the best service and hospitality. Will definitely be back. Highly recommendable. Situated very central in Alquezar you can easy walk around the fantastic and scenic village. There is also the possibility to have an active and sporty time either hiking, cycling or the water activities in the river close by. Wonderful place.

Our family stayed with Alodia in the "small house", which includes the Olivo and Almendre rooms, for eight days. We were in the Aragon region specifically for our passion, which is canyoning/canyoneering. We could not possibly have made a better choice. Our host, Jose Luis, greeted us warmly and as soon as we walked in we were stunned. The décor... More
