Stayed here one night, and it was already enough for me. As mentioned before, yes good location, next to few restaurants/snacks/stores and as well the only public beach in Bora Bora, Matira beach. You have the Intercontinental hotel about 5 minutes walk, you can eat + drink there, it’s much nicer than here. Anyway, I booked via booking.com 5 000XPF... More

Village Temanuata is a lovely concoction of cozy bungalows, awesome personnel & private beach, right in Matira Beach. One day you can take a kayak (for free) and snorkel the coral garden, another you can just laze by the beach, or rent a bike, or have a chat with the awesome owner, Jacques, which will make your experience much nicer.... We had the bedroom with the view on the beach. Very appreciable for breakfast and apero time. There is a lot of wind coming from south so it can be very windy. They rent kayaks. The private island sofitel is located just in front of the hotel, there is a good snorkling. 5 min walk from the matira beach, best... More

I had a wonderful time at Temanuata. Jak, the owner will share all his 20+ years experience on the island and surroundings. The location of the hotel is perfect, at the best beach of the Island. This simple but very charming hotel made of bungalows is perfect for holidays as a group of friends where we can will feel like... More

Bora Bora, need to say more.... Some of the rooms need some help form the pounding of the winds, blinds being plastic arent enough when the wind blows, the mattress are well worn, not hanging but close to on our visit. The village itself wonderfull, the view well it's bora bora, our ceiling fan needed some oil but washing up... More

We were in May 2013 at Temanuata Village. Even if almost all bungalows across Polynesia need renovations, at Village Tmanuata, the renovation is "a must" We had the beach bungalow which isn't at all for 3 persons, like they say. It is very small and doesn't have any kitchen, any wardrobe, no table and no chairs. The wind is blowing... More

We had one of the two beach front bungalows (which are the pick of the lot) with a fantastic view. Unfortuneately, the wind blew all the time, which spoiled snorkelling a bit. There is a plastic blind that pulls down so that we could sit on the porch to eat and be out of the wind. The very small garden... More

This pension has gotten a number of very positive reviews on this site, and my wife and I would like to echo them. The owner Jacque is one fine friendly guy and the property is kept in good condition. The two units on the water are the best, but the others are just stumbling distance from the beach(es). Dining options... More

A friend of ours in Bora Bora helped us book our stay at Village Temanuata - a stay we enjoyed so much that we extended it! Because we knew a local, the manager gave us a good rate on the room - which was amazing! We found her to be very helpful - giving us bikes for the whole day... More
